The décor is contemporary with a beachy feel. The centrally air conditioned home features generous sized rooms with comfortable queen sized beds. From the great room, step out of the wall of sliding glass doors onto a deck which overlooks the pool. The deck is well equipped with a dining table and chaise lounges and a gas BBQ grill. A perfect setting to sip on a glass of wine after a day at the beach. The sun filled backyard of the home looks onto a private reserve where you will find running, biking and hiking trails.
Citarella (the gourmet supermarket), King Cullen (the big standard supermarket), or Starbucks are each about five minutes drive without ever having to get on Montauk Highway (a road that gets very busy and slow during peak summer periods). Pristine beaches, quaint shops, Vineyards, great dining, farm stands and The Children's Museum are all at minutes away!
The entire house is accessable except the closet at the end of the hallway, which remains locked.

Terms of the agreement: 1. Operator has the right to inspect the premises at any time without notice to enforce terms of the agreement. If any terms of the agreement are violated by the tenant, the rental period shall be terminated immediately and any payments towards this rental will not be refunded. All payments will be retained as liquidated damages. 2. The Guest shall vacate the premises at the time and date of expiration and any holdover will be charged at $150 per hour. 3. The Operator will provide a completely furnished home including linens and towels, 2 TV's, outdoor seating for 6 and 2 chaise lounges. There is no daily housekeeping service. 4. The Guest is responsible for inspecting the home upon arrival and immediately notifying the operator of any malfunction in equipment, breakage, or damage that exists. 5. The
Guest shall maintain the house in a clean, ready to rent condition. The cleaning fees are for basic bathroom, kitchen and bedroom cleaning and laundering of all sheets and towels. 6. There are no refunds due to shortened stays. 7. Wireless internet and Cable TV are provided and the service level is chosen by the operator. No refunds of rent shall be given for outages. 8. Guest agrees not to house or permit any animal or pet at the premises. 9. Smoking is not allowed at the premises. Should operator become aware of any smoking taking place at the premises, guests will pay a $500 penalty fee that will be deducted from the security deposit. 10. The Guest shall have no more than 6 people reside or sleep at the premises without prior approval. 11. Guests shall behave in a civilized manner respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and guests shall immediately vacate the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. 12. The Guest and Guest's Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the owner/operator against any claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guest shall be responsible for maintaining insurance on Guest's own possessions that remain at the premises. It is advised for Guest to obtain their own travel insurance. 13. Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by operator enforcing this agreement. 14.The fireplace may not be used at any time between June-August. 15. The upstairs closet, located at the end of the hallway will remain locked and not for use by Guest. 16. There is an outdoor gas grill. Guest will seek help from the Operator if the proper operation is not fully understood. The Gas grill should always be kept at least 7 feet from the house when in use. Propane is provided. If propane is empty, the Guest agrees to trade the empty tank for a filled tank and a $50 credit will be given to the Guest by the Operator. This is a one time credit only. (Gulf service station on Montauk Hw @ Snake Hollow in Bridgehampton has a propane trade in). 17. Operator will return security deposit within 30 days from day of departure. 18. The property contains an outdoor pool. The pool is unheated. Guest and Guest's Guests do hereby release and hold harmless Operator and Owner and Pool maintenance personnel from any liability arising from use of the outdoor swimming pool. Guest agrees to notify the Operator immediately should any problems arise.
Do not use or allow the pool to be used alone. Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the pool unsupervised.
Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children alone in the vicinity of the pool. Do not add anything to the water, including foaming bubbles, chemicals or bath oils, etc. If any of the above items are added, additional cleaning fees will be assessed. No candles or glass is allowed in the pool area or in the pool. No Shoes are allowed in the pool. Absolutely no pets are allowed in the pool. Absolutely no electrical appliances should be used in or near pool. If any damage occurs to the pool liner, the guest is responsible for full replacement of the pool liner. Guests agrees to fully reimburse and indemnify operator for damage cause to the pool during lease term , including damage caused by any person, including invited or uninvited guest, pets, animals or children. The pool is serviced and chemically treated weekly.
Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery when wet.
By electronically accepting this agreement, guest agrees to abide by the above conditions and hereby swear the information provided above is true. Guest agrees to the terms of this agreement and has read and understands the cancellation policy and give operator permission to charge credit card accordingly.
