Our rental periods begin and end on a Friday. The monthly rate is for 4 consecutive weeks/28days (starting and ending on a Friday).

We require the following for ALL rentals regardless of the booking source:

1. Signed Rental Agreement. You will need to provide the following information to Host to prepare your rental Agreement:
~Legal names of all occupants,
~Home/Physical address,
~Phone/contact number for all occupants
~Personal email addresses.
~Above information must be provided within 12 hours of a confirmed booking.

Once we receive the above information, we will prepare the rental agreement and email it to you along with our Credit Card Information Form to be completed.

2. The signed rental agreement and credit card form must be scanned to PDF and emailed back to our office by 12 noon the next business day after receipt along with the following:
~Completed Credit Card Form on File with our office.
~Clear Copy of Driver Licenses of all adult occupants.
~Clear Copy of Passports for all occupants. (Non-US citizens only).
~Copy of Vehicle Registration.
~For guests with rental cars: A Copy of Vehicle Registration for rental cars is due in the office within 24 hours of check-in.
~For properties requiring application and approval by the HOA Board, all required HOA Application forms must be returned with the rental agreement (Bardmoor & Indian Springs Colony Property).

~For guests with pets: Our Pet Policy provides spayed/neutered dogs and cats up to 25 pounds with the following:
~There is a $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee
~Pet Addendum to our rental agreement and
~Certificate(s) of Health from a licensed Veterinarian with pet name, breed, age, weight (not to exceed 25 pounds) and current rabies and other vaccines, spayed /neutered and cats must be declawed.


IMPORTANT - Reservations are not considered confirmed or guaranteed until the signed rental agreement and all requested documentation has been received by Host.


No Smoking, No Vapor Cigarettes, No Cigars
This Is A Smoke Free Unit: Tenant agrees there shall be NO SMOKING/VAPORING inside the premises and a premium/penalty of $1000.00 will be charged for any smoking/smoke/vapor/e-cigarette odor in the unit. (Smoking is permitted outside and away from the building so as not to affect the air quality of any other unit or tenant in the building.)

By booking a reservation you agree to all of the above requirements.

This place was definitely as advertised. The pictures are exactly what it looks like in real life. It was nice and clean, had pretty much all the amenities I needed, new appliances, etc. My only request would have been a softer mattress, but that's just me.

Great place (location, updates, cleanliness, parking), but if you can't sleep on an extra firm bed, either bring an airbed/mattress topper, or don't stay here. Other reviews said the beds were (URL HIDDEN) wife and I personally & wholeheartedly disagree! We literally had to buy a mattress topper from Walmart to make it slightly better...and were simply informed by mgmt that other guests loved the beds. Total lack of care for the customer vs. sticking by a rule book. In general, be aware this property is run by a management company (not the owner) that sticks firmly by their rule book. 3 of us stayed for 8 days and were provided 1.5 rolls of toilet paper...when we asked for more, we were instructed to read the rules in our contract that they provide an "initial supply", and we were responsible for anything beyond that. Very robotic response, and again, lacking care for the customer. I really wanted to love the place, but we came home every night knowing that we had to sleep in an uncomfortable bed and the management company didn't do anything to help us.

We are disappointed to hear that you didn’t care for the beds however we are happy that it was a simple solution of a mattress pad to correct the issue for you and your wife. As outlined in all Tiger Real Estate Opportunity Fund vacation leases (and as an industry standard with short term vacation rental properties) you are correct in that we only provide a ‘starter supply’ of necessities such as: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pacs/pods, all purpose cleaner, and trash liners. We strive to consistently deliver clean and vacation ready units for our guests and thank you again for your feedback.

Place was as described. Everything was very recently renovated. It was noticeable not many residents were there before us because everything was so clean and new. We would definitely stay again.

Everything at the Turner Street location was clean and quite. Every question we had was handled professionally and friendly. As for the location, we were able to walk to most everything we needed, day or night. (grocery, drug store, bank, etc)
