Our cozy, modern Crocus Hill bungalow house offers the comforts of home, two blocks off of Grand Avenue, and within easy access to a bus line, highway, and Green Line (for biking).
This warm and charming, 1925 updated home in St. Paul's historic Crocus Hill neighborhood is a Spanish style stucco bungalow with a cozy kitchen stocked with tea, coffee and cooking oils and spices, a dining room with French doors opening to the front porch, a living room with Asian and African decor, an office, and a downstairs bedroom with an Ikea daybed that can easily be a single or double. You are free to use the kitchen supplies and dishes.
A cat normally lives in this home, so it is not friendly to those with significant cat allergies.
The upstairs of the bungalow is not included in the rental. The rest of the space is yours to enjoy!
We will be out of town while our house is available, so guests will be independent during their stay.
Lucky you! We will be out of town for all of August, and our home is available throughout. Ideally, you'd like to stay and enjoy the beautiful St. Paul summer most of that time, but just a week is okay too.
Because this is our first Air BnB rental, we are offering a great deal, and the opportunity to be our first guest reviewer!
We love our home, and hope you will too! As such, we ask that you the home and neighborhood with consideration. Make yourself at home, and when it's time to go, leave everything in the condition you found it. We are close to neighbors, so noise levels should be low by 10:00 p.m.
No pets and no smoking, please.
Hi! My husband Andreas and I live in Saint Paul, MN. We're both educators - he is a linguist and faculty at a local university and I work with an educational nonprofit. We LOVE to travel - this pic was taken in Khajuraho, India last summer. This year, we will be AirBnB-ing in Germany, where Andreas is originally from, and Switzerland. We are generally friendly, open and laid back folks.
