Four Bedroom/Three Bathroom Extended Rosa with Basement Apartment is situated on the edge of La Marina Urb. The property has two separate living areas and kitchens great for a large family! It also boasts a private pool and private off road parking.

This is a south facing ‘Rosa’ style detached property that is located in a quiet residential area. The property has been renovated and reformed by myself, and now offers extensive interior accommodation that is distributed over two levels as follows:

In the main part of the house there is a very spacious lounge/diner, a fully fitted modern kitchen, a double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds and a fully tiled shower room.

An internal staircase leads down to the basement level which also has a separate entrance from the side of the property. This area consists of a spacious kitchen/diner, 1 further double bedroom, a smaller room with bunks, a shower room and a bathroom.

Outside, there is a patio area overlooking a free-standing plunge pool, and which is ideal for outdoor dining under a metal gazebo. The remainder of the grounds are fully tiled making it a low maintenance property. To the rear there is access to off road parking for one or two cars.

Some additional features include; air conditioning, log burner, security grilles and doors, replacement aluminium windows, and much more!

The purpose of this advertisement is because I travel a lot, and do not get to utilise this property to its full potential.
If this space is not suitable for you I also have a mobile home on a campsite in the heart of Benidorm.


I recommend a car hire for easier mobility.

Myself and my family from Ireland had a great few days staying in Clifford's accommodation. The plunge pool outside the front door was of huge advantage to me because having a young toddler, I could keep an eye on him and still be able to be with my two girls who spent most of the time in the pool. It is basically on the side of the street but the area is so quiet and peaceful I don't think I saw 10 people passing the house in the 4 days we stayed. We only used half the house but there is a basement level available too. There was nothing we needed for as Clifford had everything we needed. He was also very helpful with local tips and activities.Smart TV and Netflix was a huge advantage in the heat of the day. It was a small bit away from shops and restaurants by foot but Clifford had pre warned us of this so having a car would have definitely been an advantage but in saying that we were quiet content to walk and ate at home every night as we could eat out in lovely eating area and let kids splashing in the pool. I would recommend a stay in Clifford place.
