Sweet little cottage that has been recently updated but still keeps the charm of a 100 year old home. Easy to find right on the way to many beautiful places in Southern Utah such as Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort & Red Canyon.
There is plenty of space for your family to play and sleep in this beautifully decorated home. This is a two story home with 3 bedrooms.
Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with king size beds and one bathroom shared between the 2 rooms. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in each room if needed. Downstairs is a nice living room with a big screen TV connected to Netflix. WiFi also available for those who need their internet connections.
The master bedroom is located downstairs with a master bath. Shampoo/Conditioner and shower gel are provided. Also available is laundry facilities with soap and dryer sheets.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need to cook. There is a microwave, toaster and coffee maker, with coffee provided.
Outside is a basketball hoop for the sports enthusiast. The little kids will love the tire swing located in the front yard. And everyone loves to sit around the fire-pit roasting hot-dogs, mash-mallows and making smores. Great covered porch, plus barbecue area with grill and pic-nic table for out-door eating under the stars.
Please pull into the driveway and access the house through the back door. Owner will send details on how to gain access into the home.
Please do not try to access any of the out buildings on the property.
The owners are available throughout the stay for any travel plans or help the guests may need.
Pinkie's Place is centrally located between so many beautiful National Parks, State Parks, recreational areas and National Forests. Glendale is a quiet little farming community were the people are as nice as they can be. The skies are blue almost every day.
No smoking allowed. If guest damages property, they will be responsible to pay for damage. A rental agreement will be emailed to guest with full list of house rules.
Roger and Connie love this sweet house and named it "Pinkie's Place" after his mother. She was nicknamed Pinkie by his father and signed all of her love letters to him "Pinkie." Pinkie fell in love with Stub when she was 5 years old.
Roger was raised in this home and has always stayed in this area. He learned to be a mechanic from his father and runs the Sinclair Service Station a few miles south in Orderville. Connie is an artist and loves quilt making and now teaches art at the high school.
Connie and Roger love the area and feel blessed to live here and have spent many hours out in the back country. They never get tired of seeing the beautiful scenery in the place they live.
