Right in the middle of Crystal River with water access to Kings Bay across the street, this space is in a unique home said to have been designed by an underling of Frank Lloyd Wright. It includes the whole downstairs of our home, not just a room. Walking distance from many amenities including restaurants and boat launch. We have access to kayaks, boats, scallops, just let us know what you're interested in and we'll set you up!! Room for your toys as well!!
We live here with our black lab, Bella, who will welcome you at the door! And she loves company so we can be pet friendly. Take walks around our quiet waterfront neighborhood and enjoy the small town feel
You actually have the downstairs of our house. There is a master suite with queen-sized bed and private bath, a living area with cable TV and room for a queen-sized blow up mattress if you bring friends, Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee pot (this is also Bella's feeding room), and a courtyard just perfect for grilling your fresh scallops!
We'll stay out of your way if you want, or, we can become quick and fast friends.
We have room for your toys right here: a boat and trailer, kayaks, motorcycle, whatever. . . There is a boat launch within walking distance of the house. We have access to kayaks and scallop charters. We advertise for weekend rentals but if you need more days, we can figure that out as well!
- We play hard during the day and go to bed at a decent time. We expect our guests to have a good time but not carry on into the wee hours of the night. You break it, you replace it! Upstairs is completely off limits! You gotta be nice to the dog, otherwise, you hurt her feelings.
- Smoking is allowed outside only! No smoking in the house!
My husband Mick and I enjoy living in Florida and wouldn't want to be any place else. We take advantage of the wonderful sunny weather and water access for boating, diving, scalloping, fishing, motorcycle riding, bicycle riding, gardening and hanging out on our deck. Its a nice casual lifestyle. We get down to the keys at least a couple of times a year to fish, lobster and enjoy diving the coral reefs. Mick is a cook and can prepare our catch to the expertise of any professional chef! We enjoy meeting and hanging out with new people and bring friends into our home for meals on a regular basis!
