The condo is a spacious (1200 sq/ft) two bedroom unti located steps from one of the best beach spots on the island -near the Wana Wana. It's fully stocked and features a large private courtyard with a large pool, hot tub & BBQ pits.

This is our home away from home, and it's a great family getaway spot. The condo has a master bedroom with queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and the living room couch folds out into a sleeper. Each bedroom has a TV, and the living room has a new 40' flat screen with Time Warner HD + DVD player (all TVs have cable). Additionally, the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cooking items and has a washer/dryer unit;.great for keeping the bathing suites fresh.
The rear patio is a large quiet area that overlooks the pool and has great views of the bay. During summers, you can catch spectacular sunsets from here! The pool area is large and features a kids pool, regular pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills. This is a unique feature that is difficult to find on SPI, and it's a great place to unwind after the beach. The kids can keep playing, and you can relax.
The beach is a very short walk, with immediate access at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar/Grill. This is an ideal location on the quieter and less crowded north side of the island. We have a small umbrella and chairs you may use, or there are large canvas Panama Jack umbrellas/chairs available for rent on the beach. And if you don't feel like packing lunch, the Wanna Wanna can take care of your food/beverage needs; and in the evening, you can enjoy the live music that plays nightly.
This condo is a great place for you and your family. Max capacity is four adults and two children. Rentals are a minimum of three nights. Association Rules do not allow renting to 'Spring Breakers' or anyone under 25.

You will have full access to the entire condo. Note: there is a locked "owners closet" located in the master bath.
We are always willing to help guests with their stay. This includes providing any additional information on the condo to things to do on the island. We want you to love SPI as much as we do!
Typically, check in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:30. However, we are happy to provide early check-in and late check-out if other visitors are not booked for the surrounding dates. Just ask.
Check-out and Deposit:
The unit is inspected at the end of each rental, and you are responsible for any damage to the unit and its contents. In addition, you will be charged if the unit is left dirty or any of the following items not completed.
•Remove all trash and place it in the dumpster located in the parking area
•All soiled towels should be placed in front of the laundry closet (floor)
•Set the AC to 80 (Do not turn the unit off)
•Remove all perishable foods from the pantry and refrigerator
•Ensure all windows are secured and shut the blinds
•Ensure the rear patio is clean
•Lock the rear and front doors (dead bolt both)
•Return the key and parking pass in the pre-addressed envelope via mail
If the above items are completed and there is no damage/missing items to/in the unit, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. (If using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), you will be refunded the full amount minus any transaction charges from (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)).
Cancellations/Balance: If you need to cancel, your rental and cleaning fees will be returned up to 60 days prior to your check-in date, however, the deposit will forfeited.
Seascape Complex General Rules and Regulations
•Maximum occupancy is 6 persons per condo - STRICTLY ENFORCED.
•Max of 4 adults and 2 children
•All Units are non-smoking.
•The Courtyard is closed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. To ensure the rest and relaxation of all of our guests, no-one is allowed in the courtyard during these hours.
•There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool rules are noted on the East end of the courtyard. These rules are strictly enforced for the comfort and safety of everyone.
•Children under the age of 12 are never permitted in the Jacuzzi. Children are not permitted in either pool without the direct and present supervision of a parent or other adult.
•ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ON THE PREMISES OR IN ANY CONDOMINIUM. Strictly enforced!!
•No glass is allowed in the courtyard. Breakage is very dangerous and difficult to clean up.
•Pool furniture is for the pool area only. Each patio and balcony is provided with adequate furniture. Do not remove pool furniture to private balconies or patios.
•There are four charcoal grills in the courtyard, two on each end of the complex. Please, one charcoal grill per family. Absolutely no grilling on balconies, walkways or sidewalks.
•Skateboards, bicycles and roller blades are not permitted for use in walkways, stairwells, sidewalks, patios or balconies.
•Please do not hang towels, clothing, mats or rugs over any balcony or walkway railing.
•Televisions, radios, CD players, etc., are not permitted in the courtyard or on any balcony or patio.
•Do not feed the birds -- wait until you get to the beach.
•No beer or wine kegs are permitted.
•Quiet time begins at 11:00 p.m.
•Extra charges may be incurred if a unit is vacated in an unreasonable or dirty fashion.
•Have a good time while you're here and let others do the same.
•Seascape does not allow rentals to “Spring Breakers”
