2 Bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 4 people, with private bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The flat is in the very heart of vibrant Clapham Junction, Lavender Hill, front facing, Mossbury Road, back facing with the main entrance. This flat is only 4min away from the main train station from where you can catch a train to any underground train or other connecting hubs in London including Victoria 8min, Waterloo 12min, Vauxhall...or take a tube from Clapham Common 10 min walk from the flat.


The flat will fit 5 guests even though the second room is slightly smaller. All rooms are fully accessible. Once you get through an inconspicuous entrance and go pass the door of the apartment , you will not be disappointed with the welcoming space. A perfect oasis for city breaks or short-term home away from home.


The check-in is from 15:00 pm but can be rearranged on request. For those arriving late, there is a key safe that can be used to access the flat in late hours. Check-out is 11:00 am. Late check-out could be arranged on request. Bags could be left in the flat after check-out on request. Guest can communicate with the host on the phone during the stay. Advice will be given on transport, local area and London. When checking-out the key is placed back to the key safe. The key code will be given on the day of arrival.


If you are coming to London for the first time I can recommend some places to go to , good restaurants, places for shopping etc.

During your stay, I will be keeping in contact on the phone.


Because of the very central location, there could be some city noise at night in terms of cars and sirens on some days. Because the bedrooms are Lavender Hill facing, which is the front site of the main road, some nights could be noisier at night than other. 90% of people do not mention the noise but it is something to note if you are not used to the city noise and prefer a quieter location.

The flat is on the second floor, easily accessible through a hallway door and 3 sets of staircases. Even though there are 8 flats in the house, the neighbours are very respectful and the building is very quite at night.

Jana's place was awesome! It was spacious and extremely clean with everything you might need (and more). The location was great as well, just a short walk to the metro station and less than 10 minutes to the heart of London. Jana was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on things to see, places to eat, and tips for getting around!

Jana's apartment is conveniently located near trains and buses. It is very neat and clean (except the outside entrance and hallway which she has already discussed). Jana goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and more. There were basics in the frig and cupboards and fresh flowers. Only wish we would have known about the street noise outside the bedrooms windows. If you are not a light sleeper this is the place for you.

Dear James, Thank you for your feedback. I am very pleased that you liked the location. As you know we are having the communal carpet changed soon when that happens it is going to be AMAZING. We are currently working on designs and communicating with other flat holders . One happy customer said The flat is very accurately described in the listing and the photos are very faithful to reality. Clapham is very much a central location and the apartment is located few minutes walking distance from everywhere including the train station. It is in a lively neighborhood where everything is happening. Most people like the vibrant buzz of Clapham Junction and the fact that lots of things to do. There are local shops bars and restaurants right nearby which is very handy. Jacks at The Junction is a great deli cafe just under the property, and there is the most amazing wholefoods market/deli/cafe opposite. Meanwhile I am delighted that we go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need and more. The fact that you mentioned the flat is very neat and clean is great! If travelers want a quiet and peaceful stay they should consider staying away from Vibrant Buzzy places with lots of options of things to do at night and during the day with amazing transport links. As always people are encouraged to share their experience early on so that adjustments can be made during your stay. Glad that you enjoyed some of the refreshments and the flowers.

This is a great flat. It's right by the train station that leads to the heart of London, right by an ASDA (Which is the Walmart equivalent like back in the States), and the Nightlife is freaking awesome. The flat itself is exactly as advertised, and Jana even provided us with some food and drinks to get us started with our stay. Overall this flat is fantastic and would definitely stay here again.

The location is unbeatable. The appartment is exactly as described. Even though we were taken a bit aback by very dirty carpets in the building entrance (which our host confirmed should be changed in the near future) the appartment itsself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. Although we did not meet our host personally communication was great and issues were taken care of immediately.

Jana's flat was perfect for us. It was very clean and stocked with goodies for us (coffee for me and ice cream and juice for the kids). Each room had a fan which was really nice to keep the place cool. This was my first air bnb experience and it was a game changer with the kids. So nice to have room to spread out and to be able to sit and have breakfast before heading out for the day. Jana was a lovely host, so nice and very responsive. She allowed us to leave our bags there before check in so we could explore the city and then come back after check in time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
