Great position - 2 minute walk to the beach which has a patrolled swimming area, and wonderful walks to other closeby beaches. The apartment is easy walking distance to the Kings Beach surf club, to the supermarket, and many restaurants in the area.
The complex has car parking below - this unit has one car-space only, & under no conditions are visitors allowed to use other car spaces under the complex except for the one designated to Unit 3.
Unit 3 Carpark is not suitable for large 4 wheel drives - these must be parked out on the street
Please respect the other tenants. This is a quiet complex with a strictly no party policy. We ask that you put your bagged rubbish in the chute outside the unit with the exception of bottles or any glass products which go in the bin downstairs and put the dishwasher on as you depart.
The unit has an allocated car space below however it is only suitable for standard size cars - large 4 wheel drives are not permitted. Large 4 wheel drives must be parked out on the street. Under no conditions are visitors allowed to use other car spaces under the complex except for the one designated to Unit 3.
On arrival to the complex please do not park in the car spaces to the left of the underneath carpark entry - these car spaces are designated to other units.
No additional guests are permitted to stay overnight at the unit other than booked without the consent of the owners. We are happy to consider a request for more guests during your stay if the situation.
