Your room is a single bedroom facing south east, getting the morning light and sun most of the afternoon. We provide clean linen and towels and all essentials as well as storage & hanging space for your clothes.
The living room is best place to hang out with us or get lost in your own ideas alone. There is a great selection of magazines and books which you can borrow during your stay. Culture must be shared!
A tiny but very functional kitchen which you are welcome to use as long as it is kept clean and tidy. No food in the bedroom please, as there is a nice dining table or coffee table in living room to eat comfortably.
We share the only bathroom, which has a shower/bath & toilette. Shampoo and shower-gel are provided.
We will give a copy of keys and all the instructions needed on your arrival. During your stay you will be the only guest in our home. Your room door has a small lock inside in case you need extra privacy. For the rest, we hope to share with you a welcoming and trusted environment.
Check in time can be agreed before the booking, ideally after 5pm during weekdays and 2pm at weekends. But we are flexible so give us a shout. Check out is preferably before 12pm.
We are a busy creative couple and our daily routine pretty random depending on workload / projects. We will definitely welcome you at your arrival and try to catch up in the evenings as we like to socialise. We are happy to share our experiences and hear yours!
To organise your daily excursions we can definitely help you out with suggestion over the most convenient travel routes.
3 minutes away from the house, we have a local shops for food opens till midnight. In the nearby area there are plenty of facilities, i.e. just around the corner, there are lovely cafes, bistros, wine shop, etc.
Olympic park will provide variety of attractions from sports events to relaxing day outs. If you are up for shopping or a nice evening for cinema, bowling or any sort of world restaurants, Westfield Centre will be the place to go in Stratford.
Hackney Wick attracts arty and creative people from across London. It boasts some of the best bars, breweries, theatres, pizzerias and restaurants the east has to offer. In the summer it is loads of fun.
