Villa Kazari-Zen is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom open plan villa in a beautiful design. 2 bedrooms are located on ground level with a 3rd Bedroom located in the upstairs loft area.
The Villa is located in the fashionable district of Seminyak, 300m from the beach. Restaurants, shopping areas and the beach are all within walking distance.
The neighborhood is peaceful and the warm tropical evenings can be spent at the pool with nothing but the soft sound of distant waves and cicadas.
The main bedroom has a king bed and optional additional single bed, walk in wardrobe and double ensuite with two basins.
The second and third bedroom both feature king size beds, wardrobes and ensuite bathroom.
There are soft comfy couches in the living room as well as deck chairs and bean bags at the pool to laze on!
Huge kitchen fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle to prepare complimentary coffee and tea. We have a large water dispenser that provides safe and clean drinking water to keep you hydrated.
There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board if you run out of clean clothes during your stay!
Additional single bed, baby crib, baby chair, pool fencing available upon request for a small fee.
You will have full and private access to all the amenities including pool and kitchen! There is also a storage room where you can store you bags in case of a late/early check-out!

Our villa manager is also able to recommend and organise restaurant reservations, spas, massages, day trips, cakes, flowers etc. The villa staff will be available from 8am to 12:30pm 6 days a week. Their responsibilities include housekeeping and preparing meals upon request. Our villa manager is available for any help you should need! We are happy to assist with any requests before and during your trip and we hope to make your stay with us a most enjoyable and memorable one.
Too tired to go out to eat? No worries, we got you covered! We offer the option to have cooked meals in the privacy of the villa.
Individual arrangements can be made for lunch and dinner and our staff are excellent cooks and they can prepare a wide range of local and western dishes.
Prices are reasonable and depend on your choice of meal so please let us know and we will cater to your taste and preference.
Breakfast is also available with a range of choices at $10 per person.
We provide free coffee and tea through out the day. Feel free to prepare this yourself in the kitchen :)
Please read the following....there is actually important information in here!
Copy of Passports - You are required by law to be registered upon check in to the villa with local police. To assist villa staff please ensure that you have a photocopy of your passport and $3 USD per person. The Villa Manager will collect these copies from you and make all the necessary arrangements and payments. If you don't have a photocopy the Villa Manager will need to access your passport to copy it.
During your stay should you experience any villa maintenance problems or issues please report these to our Staff or the Villa Manager. Should you require a car/driver, nannies, activities, excursions or in-house dining our Villa Manager will also be able to assist you. One of our Managers will visit you each morning to see how they can make your holiday experience fantastic. Should a problem occur outside our staff's normal working hours please contact our Villa Manager on the above numbers
Arrivals and Departures - Check in time: 2.00pm and Check out time: 11.00am
Please Note: if you are making your own transfer arrangements it is important that you notify us of your arrival time prior to your stay. We will need to ensure that there is a Villa Staff member present for access to your villa if your arrival time falls outside normal staff hours. Our villa staff will wait for a max 1 hour from your advised arrival time unless notified of any changes - please contact Villa Manager if there are any changes to your arrival time
Late Checkout - 6:00pm checkout incurs a 50% fee of nightly rate
Flight details - Should your flight details change, i.e. dealyed or arriving earlier than expected or change of date please advise the Villa Manager via phone or text message so that your driver (if you have chosen this service) can be advised of these changes.
Villa Staff Hours - Villa Kazari - Zen service staff work from 8.00 – 12.30pm each day & their responsibilities include preparation of breakfast (if booked), cleaning the villa and any maintenance. There will also be a gardener and pool man coming to the villa during your stay. If you require service outside these hours this must be requested to us via email: (EMAIL HIDDEN) a minimum of 48 hours prior to your stay.
Pre-order Service - To make your arrival just that little more stress free we are happy to stock your fridge with a range of beverages/snacks. You can make your request by emailing (EMAIL HIDDEN) a minimum of 48 hours prior to your arrival. Payment for your beverages/snacks will be added to your check-in Balance Payment.
Accessories - Toiletries, Hairdryers and Power Adaptors are not supplied.
Laundry/Linen - Linen / pool towels are provided for use in the villa only (not beach etc). Should you require laundry services our staff are only too happy to assist you by sending your clothes to the laundry (cost to guest). Please note your laundry will be returned the following day.
Damages, breakages or losses - Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Kazari Zen Management reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage, noise or mess
Insurance - We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Responsibility - Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Please be aware that music and all other noise must be kept to a low level after 10pm at night and must cease completely by 11:00pm. Any guest refusing to adhere to these noise restrictions will be subject to police action if complaints are received from neighboring villas.
Personal Injury & Belongings - The owners cannot be held responsible in any way for accidents or injuries caused to any persons whilst staying at the property. No responsibility is accepted for any damage caused to cars or personal belongings, which remain at the risk of the guests at all times
Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Villa. Guests smoking in the area immediately outside the Villa are respectfully requested to protect the environment and dispose of their cigarettes in a responsible and tidy manner. Please be extra careful to avoid any danger of starting a fire.
Swimming Pool - Swimming Pools can be extremely dangerous for unsupervised children and teenagers, as well as adults swimming alone. Swimming pool accidents can happen to anyone, regardless of swimming ability, therefore we require that the following rules are strictly adhered to. Upon check-in you will be required to sign a release of liability by all adults staying at the property. Should you require temporary pool fencing please contact us a minimum of 48 hours prior to your stay.
We request that you do not sit in wet swimming attire on the inside furniture of the villa.
Power - Power charges are included in the villa nightly rate, however we ask you to be responsible with electricity and water. Please switch off lights, air conditioners and other appliances when not in use to help save the environment and to keep our villa rates affordable.
