I am away on occasion, but will very much enjoy interacting with my Guests when I am in town. Please add to the enjoyment of future Guests, and mine, by writing a short story of yourselves in the Guest book.
I look forward to meeting all of you, "Hope" you enjoy your stay at Silver Creek's Retreat, and look forward to seeing you again.
The wish is for you to enjoy the creek-side home and its surroundings. As it is private property, please be respectful and try to avoid damage. We realize life happens and there is a chance something may be broken through normal use, and we just ask you let us know what it is and leave it safely on the counter, or leave a note if it is a broken glass. We may be able to make repairs, so future guests can enjoy. There is no retribution for it, it just would be appreciated knowing what broke.
After each meal it is usually easier to clean the kitchen and put the dishes away before any food has a chance to stick. On your last day, it is ok to just let dishes etc dry in the rack on the counter. I will put them away.
Considering the amount of wood in the home, please be careful in the use of candles and any other flames. Ensure they are completely extinguished prior to retiring, and on departure.
