Very cosy and calm two bedroom apartment. You'll stay in a very clean, private and comfortable room. We'll share the bathroom; airy service area and simple kitchen with almost everything you'll need.
You're welcome to enjoy the garden.
There's also a bathroom for my pupils and the studio.
You may use them out of the teaching hours.
Since I work from home it is likely that we'll bumping into each other. However, there is a thin curtain separating the studio from the rest of the flat, but you can come and go as you please without disturbing, with the added advantage that I'd be around to help you with anything you may need. I'm discreet and like to respect other people's space. I expect the same.
Should it be convenient, or whenever we wanted, we can share some meals.
I like my home very much.
São Paulo has plenty of problems but you might find it extremely interesting and welcoming.
