My little flat is part of a tenement dating back to the late 1800s. It's recently modernised but retains old features. If you're looking for a leafy suburb, it's not for you, as it's in the middle of Leith with bus routes, restaurants and bars close by. From the living-kitchen you get the Leith vibe, while the bedroom is at the back and quiet for sleeping or napping. There's a small shower room between these. It's 1 floor up with no Castle views... just the much more interesting Leith locals ;)
The flat is compact with the space used smartly. It is well kitted out, stylish and keeps old features with mod cons. The kitchen area has a washer-drier, fridge with small freezer box, oven and microwave, there is a double hob, kettle and toaster. The shower room is really modern with a big showering space with drencher. The bedroom has a comfy double bed with extra covers, there's a full length mirror and also a hair drier.
You have the entire flat. This is a double bedroom, a shower room, and a living-kitchen space. You can come and go as you please.
Unfortunately, I don't see too much of guests because I have guests when I'm away for work. I quite often enlist my mum's help, so you could quite possibly meet her on arrival.
There is free parking at the back of the block.

Hi, I'm originally from the Highlands but have adopted Leith as home. Really into travel, fitness and sport. Love all racquet sports, rugby, yoga, hill walking and climbing. I'm really into the cultural scene here in Edinburgh as well. I work in Higher Education and am also writing my doctorate at the moment. I'm away quite often for those things, so I let fellow travellers stay at my place, usually with a little help from my lovely mum, who lets people in for me!
