The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. china, glasses and cutlery. Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dish washer are provided for a stay of 3 nights. My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs.


I will respond to your questions within very short notice. My reservation team is online 24/7 and will always be able to assist in case I wouldn't be online.


Please note that not every neighbor is happy about the New Sharing Economy. Please respect common house rules like.... no party, no loud music after 10pm, be quiet in the staircase/hallway, don't ring the neighbours bell because you cannot find the key in your handbag, don't throw things out of the window, eg. Just use your common sense.
Although the apartment is on a very high standard and equipped like a serviced apartment - I am still a private host but not a Hotel with fully employed staff and a front desk. Me and my team are always happy to assist - but it can take a moment longer to follow your not too urgent requests (like 1 more towel).

Was a great location in the heart of London which was awesome for our quick stay... water pressure (or operating the showers was a bit tricky) but other than that was great!

My family of 5 and I had a good time at your flat. It was clean, and the location was perfect. The amenities left for the guests were also a nice touch. Location! Location! Location! I chose this property cause I only had 2 days to shop in london so I wanted to be very central. You can't get more central than this. Selfridges is about a 10-15min walk, Browns and Vivian Westwood about a 7min walk. The flat was much smaller than I anticipated but all in all I'd certainly recommend this cosy flat.

Awesome place! Area was very centric and posh neighborhood. Quiet, good for families. Apartment was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Hotel-like amenities available (blow-dryer, shampoo, iron, etc) and full kitchen including coffee maker(the good kind). My family had a great time in London and where most impressed with the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after a bad experience with a host that canceled 5 days before we left for our vacation. Definitely recommend
