I live on the premises in the main front house, but I respect the privacy of my apartment guests and try to keep interaction to a minimum. I can always be reached via the Airbnb message system.
Extra-large vehicles are not recommended due to the narrow driveway that leads to the parking area.
- If you want to arrive before 3 PM, you must book the previous night.
- If you want to depart after 11 AM, you must book the following night.
- Host cannot store luggage. Please plan accordingly!
- No visitors; the only people allowed on the premises are those on the reservation
- Keep pedestrian gate in front of the main house closed at all times to prevent stray animals from entering the premises.
- Do not feed stray/neighborhood animals on the premises (cats, birds, etc.)
- WiFi is provided as a courtesy and is shared with other guests on the premises. Please be considerate of Internet bandwidth usage.
- Do not transfer any illegal/copyrighted content.
- Host is not responsible for Internet outages or performance issues.
- Store and dispose of food properly after eating
- Open bathroom window for at least 30 minutes after bathing to ventilate the room
- Do not flush wipes of any kind, even those marketed as "flushable", down the toilet, as they take a long time to break down compared to toilet paper.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICES
- Extended stay guests (reservations of 28 nights or longer) must have additional cleaning service every 2 weeks after check-in. The fee for each cleaning is $50 and must be paid in advance at time of check-in, payable to host through the Airbnb "additional services" option and/or cash with a receipt given.
- No film production, for-profit photography, etc. inside the apartment or anywhere on the premises without host's prior approval
- For any keys not returned upon check-out, a $50 fee will be deducted from security deposit to re-key locks.
- For any remotes (gate opener) not returned upon check-out, a $50 replacement fee will be deducted from security deposit.
