A cutting of Spring bluebells from my garden!I can't think of two things that bring greater joy than the laughter of my precious grand-baby...and the scent of my fresh baked rolls right from the oven.

Because we share the upstairs living space there may be occasions we might pass one another, but it would be minimal and as much interaction as my guest feels comfortable. I'm very friendly and helpful in regards to making my guests feel at home-within-my-home and if needed, suggestions for activities in the surrounding community.

Heads up...my room is across from yours so if you don't mind that, we're good to go! (I wear earplugs☺️)

Respecting privacy is always optimum.

Quick access to 405 & I-5, waterfront activities, hiking, bike trails, restaurants, wineries, outdoor concert venues, tourists sights, shopping malls, casinos etc.

Review: "Cute, quaint and tasty...For being smack in the middle of Amazon-land, Row House Cafe feels super quaint and quirky. Built into a repurposed home, the interior is eccentric and charming, with lots of great outdoor deck seating. Food is delicious, staff is super pleasant. Weekend brunch isn't heinously crowded which is a super bonus these days."

I stayed with Cynthia for a couple months while I was doing a summer internship in the area. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. She made sure I had anything I needed (even buying some extra hangers since I brought a lot of clothes) and treated me like family. When I first arrived, I told her that I loved fruit, and she made sure that every single morning when I woke up I had a beautifully arranged platter of freshly-cut fruit and various other breakfasty things waiting for me in the fridge! She was always up for a chat and we would occasionally have a drink together and talk about life. I would definitely recommend staying with Cynthia to anyone who wants to feel like they're staying with friends or family on their trip to Washington!

This was my first experience with Airbnb and I was nervous just making the reservations. However, from the very beginning, my host Cindy, was incredibly kind, helpful and extremely supportive through every turn. Her home was beautiful, clean and inviting, I wanted for nothing. Her home was in the middle of everything I needed to get to in the Seattle area, with complete easy access. I felt safe in her lovely home and quiet neighborhood. Cindy was an excellent host! I can't imagine my trip without her. Everything was perfect, I'd return there in a heartbeat if my vacation plans ever called for me to stay in the Seattle area again. Plus, Cindy's banana nut bread was the bomb, delicious! Thanks Cindy and thanks Airbnb! Sincerely, Jac

I am an entrepreneur by trade and I've been told that I have the gift of hospitality. I always enjoy making my guests feel at home. Customer service is the continuous thread which runs throughout much of my career. As a mom and first time Gma, I love spending time with my family. Baking is my favorite thing to do in my kitchen. I have worked with all ages and types of people and have yet to find one that I can't get along with. I have a design background so decorating my home is where I also find pleasure.

5 Things I can't live without...
1. My faith in God and His word
2. My family and friends
3. My phone, for the SM accounts I am the admin for
4. The ability to communicate in any form i.e., writing, SM Imaging
5. My car which takes me to where I need to go...I guess I can live without most of these things except for 1 & 2.

I enjoy a good foreign film and also classic Black & White.
I am currently writing a book about my life experiences.
Salads, BBQ, and experimenting with recipes are my favorite foods and hobbies.

To be a Airbnb guest and host is a new experience for me but because I enjoy traveling and meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures, I believe being a guest via Airbnb offers that experience. To be a host allows me to serve my guests how I want to be treated when away from home. Each person is different so I am able to adapt to their needs. My guest sets the tone for how they would like to interact be it more personal private time or chatting over coffee and a pastry.

Motto: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

I look forward to meeting you someday!
