Your private quarters is styled like a cozy, boutique inn with upscale finishes, fine art décor, and thoughtful details throughout. It’s the perfect balance of sophistication and comfort in Chester County.

Work-from-anywhere setup: desk, two chairs, and strong Wi-Fi
Ample storage with a 6-ft closet system for longer stays

Common areas shared with our family and possibly other guests. These area include:
Main level living, dining, and kitchen areas
Certified Wildlife Habitat gardens with outdoor dining areas, lounge chairs, and a hammock
Optional access to our art studio and vintage showroom (by request)
~*THE GARDENS*~
Our gardens are a highlight of the stay. Recognized as a Certified Wildlife Habitat, they feature native plants, herbs, and pollinator-friendly spaces. Guests often spot butterflies in our habitat — including Monarchs and Eastern Swallowtails — season dependent.
~*THE STUDIO & SHOWROOM*~
Guests may request access to my working art studio or the curated vintage clothing & décor showroom, reflecting my work as both an artist and stylist. These creative spaces are part of what makes staying here a unique, immersive experience.
~*KINDLY NOTE*~
Albeit possibly accessible within shared common areas, the family's private possessions -- i.e. food, toiletries, clothing, vitamins & medicines, electronics, etc -- are not included in guest accommodations.
