Enjoy your quiet vacations in the “SLONEZ Villa “ located on the waterfront of Caye Caulker Island (CC). We are just a few minutes away from the center of the Caye Caulker Village. It is an easy walking distance, but when you arrive with luggage, take a golf-cart taxi. There are plenty of them and they are affordable.
Our magical Island has a lot to offer. You can take stroll along the shore with the last living Reef in this Hemisphere in your sight – or take snorkeling trip to the HolChan Marine Reserve, or Caye Caulker Marine Reserve and swim with friendly nurse sharks and sting rays – and just relax in turquoise-blue water of our magnificent sea. You can explore nearby Ambergris Island, just half an hour away by water-taxi. You can take a day trip to the mainland, to see ancient Mayan sites and explore the culture and see how they lived.
Our villa has a downstairs unit for you to enjoy, and is fully equipped with two bedrooms available, kitchen, bathroom and living area. The kitchen is equipped with full stove, big refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the cutlery you need. Though, with the large number of good restaurants on the island in walking distance, offering local and international fare, you may be dining a lot! They are reasonably priced.
Each bedroom sleeps two people, plus an occasional double futon in the lounge area if required. One bedroom has queen bed and the other 2 twin beds. Both have new A/C units and fans.
The walk into town is lovely & sleepy, about a half a mile depending on where you want to go. If you are not walking type, then you can use our 4 complimentary bikes. They are available for you to explore this picture perfect Island, or you can rent a golf cart. Just let us know and we will help you with that. "Go Slow" maybe the Island motto, but is also fun to go little bit faster on the unpaved roads. You can spend a relaxing time with a book – or do absolutely nothing and just sunbathe on our private dock with palapa and hammocks. We are located in the quiet and peaceful area, so enjoy!
For scuba lovers, the famous Blue Hole is waiting to explore and there are
numerous dive operators who can take you there.And you REALLY do not need to wear shoes here!

CCVH office is located, 2 blocks south of the Ocean Ferry, turn right next to the Caye Caulker Health Clinic.
Please Note: the rates that are listed on AirBnB does not include the 9% Hotel Tax (Gov. law) this is to be paid upon arrival at the Caye Caulker Vacation Homes office.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
a) House Linens & Towels - Caye Caulker Vacation Homes provides guests with quality bed linens and towels. Prior to arrival, all laundry items have been certified to be in good condition, free of stains, rips and holes. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure they are returned in like condition. If we discover an item(s) that cannot be cleaned, the guest agrees to replace such item(s) at cost. A receipt for any replacements will be provided.
b) All bookings are required to reflect the exact amount of persons and their names, residing in the rented property for the duration of the rental.
c) The rented property is not, under any circumstances, to be used in any fashion, by anyone, other than the renters. The property is rented under the strict condition that the rental is for the exclusive use of the renters. Noise by-law dictates that all houses be quiet by 11:00pm. There shall be NO parties on any of Caye Caulker Vacation Homes properties. Failure to comply shall result in a visit by the Tourist Police and possible eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments, to be determined by Caye Caulker Vacation Homes.
d) Failure to adhere to Items a) thru c) will result in the immediate eviction of the renters and forfeiture of all rental payments.
e) Should the renters experience any problems due to the nature of holiday celebrations or other sources, with regards to noise, vandalism, harassment or any other issue that infringes on the guest’s stay; they will report it to the management company immediately. It is the objective of the management company to ensure the guests rights to privacy and enjoyment of their holiday be protected as much as possible. Conversely, guests should be respectful of other nearby residents with regards to late night noise.
f) The use of candles, mosquito coils or any other flammable substance inside the house or on outside decks is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You will be charged for any damage that is caused from failing to comply.
g) The renters will be required to sign the Terms of Rental form and agree without reservation, that the rented property be used as proscribed in the conditions set above and returned in good condition at the end of the rental period, with regards to contents and construction. Should any items be broken, lost or removed from the house and/or room, the renter shall notify CCVH to negotiate a reasonable settlement/disposition, or the renter will be liable for their replacement and will be charged accordingly. The renter agrees that they will bear financial responsibility with regards to damage incurred to the house and/or property during their stay, outside of the normal wear & tear experienced in this type of rental. At the end of the rental period, the management company reserves the right to inspect the rental property prior to check out.
h) WI-FI, please DO NOT press the “RESET” button on the modem. Unplug the power cable from behind the modem, wait 5 minutes, return plug to back of modem. Notify the office if this does not work. Be informed that you will be charged $100USD to have someone travel from the City to reconfigure the modem. Internet in Belize is not the same as internet that you may be used to.
i) Please remove any hammock(s) from outside decks and secure inside the house whenever the house is unoccupied. Failure to do so will result in the guest(s) being charged the cost of $150USD per hammock.
j) Should there be a disputed claim concerning damage to property or household, the rental agent and the renter shall consent to a mutually agreed upon mediator that will be consulted to determine just settlement of claims by both parties and that both parties will abide by the decision reached. The renter then agrees to pay for such damage as determined. I have read and understood the above items (A) through (J) and agree to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

My name is Amiela Ash (also know as Amie), I am a born Belizean and raised in the southern region of Belize, Toledo District, in a remote village called San Pedro Columbia. While I was attending college, I would regularly come to Caye Caulker to work part time jobs. After accomplishing my college degree in 2008 I fell in love with the island and eventually moved to reside in Caye Caulker.
Ever since my stay, I have been working at various businesses within the island gaining invaluable experiences, meeting many faces and knowing the areas within my community. I then worked for Caye Caulker Rentals, now known as Caye Caulker Vacation Homes as a receptionist, then promoted to manager and eventually became the new owner of the business.
As the new owner of the Caye Caulker Vacation Homes, my goal is for you (guest) to spend quality time at this island, with quality services and hospitality offered by my business.
