THE 2 MAIN POOLS AND SPA AND ADULT LAP POOL AND SPA HAVE BEEN RE-OPENED, AFTER EXTENSIVE REMODELING. Most of the smaller satellite pools/spas will remain open. Three were just fully renovated.
2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom upstairs condo in Legacy Villas. Unit comes with 2 covered patios, full kitchen, dining room, and living room with Queen sleeper sofa. 2 large family pools with spa, 1 large adult pool with spa, and 9 smaller pools and spas are all within very close proximity.
The Queen suite has an en suite bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace, private patio, and a separate front door. The one-bedroom suite has a King bedroom and adjacent bathroom and laundry, living (with fireplace) area, dining area, full kitchen and patio. The condo has flat screen TVs, premium cable TV package, Apple TVs, iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen is outfitted with pots and pans, utensils, microwave, toaster and blender. High-speed WIFI is also included.
The Queen suite has the capability to be locked off from the rest of the Villa and has its own entry (see floor plan in photo gallery). The Queen suite, locked off includes en suite bathroom, fireplace, kitchenette and private patio.
Villa can also be rented out separately as two individual units: Queen suite (studio) and one-bedroom suite with full kitchen, living and dining. Please contact for a quote.
Host reserves right to change minimum stay requirements during Holidays and Special Events. 4-night minimum stay required for all special events, including Coachella, Stagecoach and Desert Trip Music Festivals.
Guests will have access to all of the community amenities, including pools, spas, gym, hammock garden, and outdoor fireplaces.

There is no reserved parking or garage available for Guests' use. There is a small parking lot near the entrance to the condo as well as plenty of street parking. Please note that during holidays and special events, parking can be limited and it is recommended to get to the property early.
No pets unless approved by owners. A pet fee may be required. If you are traveling with a pet, please inquire and we can send you a quote that includes the pet fee prior to booking.
Be respectful of our vacation home. Follow community rules. No smoking or vaping. No pets unless approved by owners. A pet fee may be required. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises Guests, pets, and all others may be required to immediately leave the premises, or be removed from it and Guest will forfeit its right to return of any security deposit. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by an authorized or unauthorized pet. There is a limit of 4 overnight guests (up to 6 with prior authorization from owner), 2 cars, and 2 additional daytime guests. If an unauthorized person is on the premises Guests and all others may be required to immediately leave the premises, or be removed from it and Guest will forfeit its right to return of any security deposit.
