Entire ranch single floor 4 bedroom & 2 full baths home in a bright and sunny location just minutes away from WPAFB, WSU, Air Force museum, Yellow Springs, and restaurants/mall/retail. Newly decorated and oh so cozy! Full use of living room/kitchen/Frig/washer/dryer.
This is a charming ranch-style home is in a lovely tree-lined neighborhood. There are 4 bedrooms (2 king size beds, 1 queen sized bed, and 1 twin bed). The rooms are tastefully decorated and sunny with some having floor-length windows! Fully-stocked kitchen where guests can make home-cooked meals and relax with a glass of wine. New washer and dryer makes your laundry clean and fresh.
Each bedroom is lockable and keys are available if needed.
Guests are welcome to make themselves feel at home, and I am happy to help in any way. I live only 15 minutes away and am always available via phone should any issues arise.
Please read the entirety of the listed house rules. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE. Maximum occupancy is 2 per room.
No pets allowed.
Do NOT leave windows open or unlocked while you are not there. This is for the security and safety of yourselves and the other guests. Leaving your windows open and/or unlocked can make it easy for someone to break into our home.
-BEDDING & TOWELS-
Fresh new towels are provided for your personal use. They are to be used for personal needs ONLY, such as bathing, drying your hair, drying your hands, etc. They are NOT to be used as cleaning towels (cleaning your shoes, bike, motorcycle, car, tires, etc). If there is excessive soiling, you will be charged a replacement fee - this also applies to stains on bedding. At the end of your stay, please place your used towels on the floor in your room and not in the shared bathroom out of respect for other guests.
-OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION-
There is a washer and dryer that is available for guest use. As for the kitchen, please rinse your dishes and place into the dishwasher.
