Complimentary Privileges at Gran Bahia Principe Resort (GBP)
You and your family have free access to the common areas and beach of the hotel Gran Bahía Príncipe Tulum and the Luxury Bahía Príncipe Sian Ka’an Hotel (only adults). Common areas include: lobby, pools, gyms and sport zones. *Some of the sport zones have to be reserved previously; please check availability at our Front desk at the Club House.
For the free access, you may pick up bracelets at the Bahia Golf Club House upon presenting to the staff there your security access letter that we provided before you arrived at your condo. The bracelets must be returned at the end of your stay or charges will apply.
Beach Access: Gran Bahía Príncipe Tulum
Bars and restaurants: You can purchase snacks, individual buffet meals and drinks at GBP Tulum & GBP Sian Ka’an (Sian Kaan is adults only). Please pre-purchase at the Front Desk at the GBP Golf Club House to get your ticket of consumption and access; without the ticket you won’t get access to the restaurant or snack bars.
Specialties dinners: With a previous reservation and payment at the GBP Golf Club House. Without your ticket you will not have access to any restaurant at our Complex. Please check with staff at the Club house for prices and availability.
Pool Towels: GBP also offers Pool Towel Service at the Front Desk at the Golf Club House. When you pick up your bracelet, you will get one towel card per person and may change it for fresh towels at the towel stand at the pool area and give it back at the end of the day. The Towel Service is available till 6 pm at the GBP resort. Extra charge in case of loss of cards or towels.
MiniClub: (ages 4 to 12): MiniClub is at GBP Tulum and is open daily from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Extra Cost Privileges at Gran Bahia Principe Resort (GBP)
Purchase All – Inclusive Day Pass 8:30 – 23:00 gives you access to: Breakfast, lunch or dinner at buffet restaurants, snacks and bars. Use of the resort facilities: gym, Mini-Club, activities and sports. Day pass must be return to Club House’s front desk before 8:00 pm or maximum 8:30 am of the next day. After this hour, it will represent an extra charge. Day pass cost is $65 USD / person / day for access to GBP Tulum & GBP Coba. $70 USD /person / day for access to GBP Akumal & GBP Sian Kaan (Sian Kaan is adults only) (discounted rate for kids ages 4 – 12). The day pass does not give you access to all four resorts.
Night Pass* 8:00pm – 2:30am: allows you access to all the nightly entertainment at Hacienda Doña Isabel, Sport Bar, Disco, Terrace Pueblo Príncipe, shows, live music. Night pass must be return to Club House’s front desk before 8:00 pm of the next day. After this hour, it will represent an extra charge. Night pass charge: $26 USD / person / night (ages 13 and up) Rate for kids ages (2 – 12 is $8.00 USD)

Welcome! We are very happy you have chosen this home for your vacation home. Here are a few house and community rules we have to ensure you have a great time while visiting.
CHECK IN: 3 PM CHECK OUT: 11 AM
Guests are responsible for the property they are renting and its contents. The guests named on the reservation will be responsible for themselves and all other guests that enter the rented property. Property owners, their agents and agents’ employees are not responsible for any accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by the renter or guests’ of the renter.
Please - NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CONDO
APPLIANCES: This home is equipped with a gas range stove top and manual gas oven. If your stove is equipped with a glass cover, be sure to lift the glass cover before lighting the stove or the oven. Ensure you know how to fully operate prior to using to avoid injury or damage. If you are unsure how to operate please contact the Property Manager so that they can show you the proper usage. Only use appliances for their intended use
DRINKING WATER: The tap water is treated and softened for all usage, however, we recommend drinking bottled water only. Two large bottles of water will be provided. Additional water is available ($$), check with your concierge.
SEPTIC SYSTEM: In order to protect our delicate environment, do not flush anything but small amounts of toilet paper down the toilet. Do not flush feminine products or it will clog up the septic system.
HOUSEKEEPING: Weekly housekeeping is provided. Additional housekeeping may be prearranged ($$). For your convenience, a washer/dryer are provided in each condo so you may wash linens and towels if need be.
LOCKED CLOSET OR STORAGE DOORS: The home may have a locked closet or cupboard. This is private homeowner storage and is not to be opened or tampered with any way. Please feel free to use all other storage space available throughout the condo.
CONSUMABLES: The home may have a selection of spices in sealed containers along with coffee, sugar, coffee mate, coffee filters, tin foil, paper towels, dishwasher soap/rinse, garbage bags, laundry soap, liquid hand soap and cleaning supplies. Feel free to use but replace any used items so they are available for the next guest.
LOST KEYS OR REMOTES: There is a $25.00 charge for lost/stolen/broken keys or remotes. Remotes include AC and TV remote controls.
FUMIGATION: Daily fumigation is done throughout the community. This is done every afternoon about 5pm and takes one hour. This is an integral part of the preventative pest maintenance program existing through most Mexican communities and resorts.
TRANSPORTATION: There is a complimentary shuttle that travels between TAO and the Gran Bahia Principe Resort (Sian Kaan). This shuttle runs every 20 – 30 minutes 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Saturday (does not go to the highway). If you want to fully explore the area and see all the area attractions and different world famous beaches, we highly recommend you rent a car. Parking is complimentary at your condo.
You will find an information binder when you arrive at your vacation home. Please read this binder thoroughly. It contains important information about the condo, trash/recycling stations, grocery markets and daily activities at the Wellness Center. It also explains the procedure to claim your access bracelets to two of the Bahia Principe Resorts!!
• Quiet time is 10 PM. Please respect your neighbors. If there are concerns, please contact your Property Manager or security. Repetitive offenders will be asked to leave. No compensation will be made for unused vacation days.
• This is a gated community with 24 hour security. All visitors must check in with security.
• All children must be under adult supervision in the common areas of the community. When using the pool, remember there is a certain risk associated. Use the pool at your own risk.
The property owners and the property managers work hard to ensure that the condo and amenities are in place and in good working order. The property managers/concierge will be available to handle questions, and supervise maintenance. In the case of a maintenance problem, the property managers will strive to have the problem repaired as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen failures such as occasional interruption of electricity, air conditioning, internet, telephone, television, cable/satellite service, shortage of cold or hot water, appliances including washer/dryer. It is the guests’ obligation to report any problems or damage immediately to the Property Managers/Concierge.
