Booker must be Age 25+ and be present and responsible for accompanying guests. Room Tax: 11.5% due to Manager on check in (not collected by AirBnB). Maximum number of guests is 5. Guests must provide manager with a list of persons occupying villa at time of arrival. A maximum of two outside visitors may visit the property, not overnight, and must be registered with manager. Visitors are not allowed to use the central courtyard, pool or tennis court. Music volume must be kept to a moderate level and no amplified music is allowed on patios or in central courtyard. Parties are not allowed. A white folder with villa, property and City of Palm Springs rules and regulations for vacation renters is displayed on the living room coffee table and guests are required to read and agree to the terms of rental. Parking is provided in the 2-car garage and extra parking is provided on the villa driveway
for a limited time. Guests are asked to allow entrance to the pool for cleaning on Mon, Wed and Fri and for the gardener on Wed. The staff is trained to announce their presence before entering the private patios. The Manager is happy to assist in any way possible before and during your stay. Please notify Manager of any problems or dissatisfaction with the accommodations as soon as possible so efforts can be made to correct any situation.
