Cromald cottages are situated on a working farm two miles from Bridge of Cally near Blairgowrie, our semi detached cottages are set in an elevated position with stunning views. The Cottages are the perfect setting for a holiday in Perthshire.
Cromald Cottage West is an attractive three bedroom cottage on two floors which sleeps five. It is set in an enclosed garden, with marvellous rural views.
Living room/ Diner / Kitchen: this area is an open plan living space.
Fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you would expect.
Large dining area with views onto the garden.
Lounge has a multi fuel stove, flat screen TV, DVD and Sky Box.
Guest toilet and drying area with pulley.
Main bedroom has a four poster double bed, beside tables and reading lamps, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom two is a twin room with a bedside table and wardrobe.
The third bedroom is a single with beside table, chest of drawers and small hanging area.
The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The whole house is yours! and an enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ
Manager lives across the drive, so will be on hand for any queries.
2 well behaved dogs are very welcome to accompany you, dogs are charged at £15 per dog (max 2 dogs) *please read Pet Sections in our "Terms & Conditions"
The boring stuff! -( but need to know)
A non refundable deposit of £75 is required for each week to secure your booking.
The balance of the total rent is due 6 weeks before your holiday. A confirmation Invoice detailing the balance due will be sent. On receipt of your final payment details will be sent to you with directions and details of key collection. If the balance of the total rent remains unpaid, the property may be re-let and the deposit payment will be forfeited. Cheques - BACS Payments and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) accepted.
Booking early is best for securing your preferred choice, but if you are booking within 6 weeks of your holiday, please remember that we will need full payment of your holiday rental.
If a holidaymaker cancels within the six weeks prior to taking up the let, having given due notice to us in writing, we shall do our utmost to re-let the property .If we are able to do so we shall refund the balance of any rent paid less the deposit of £75. If the holidaymaker cancels a booking and we are unable to re-let the property, the holidaymaker is still responsible for the balance of rent due if this has not already been paid. Non payment of the balance of the rent will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit payment will be forfeited.
Acceptance and Confirmation of your Booking is subject to the following conditions:-
As a condition of our insurance no more than the maximum number of persons stated in the booking form may occupy the property, cottage sleeps 5..
Arrival & Departure Times
Visitors are requested to arrive after 4 pm - please do not arrive early as time is needed to thoroughly clean and check cottages between lets. Properties should be left in a clean and tidy condition and vacated by 10 am on the Saturday morning of departure.
Balance of Payment
Full Payment of holiday home rental cost must be made to us, no later than six weeks prior to rental commencement date.
Bed Linen & towels
Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge in each holiday home When a holiday home is being rented for more than one week extra bed linen and towels will be provided.
Complaints should be brought to the attention of the Site Manager, Kim Hodgson.
All damages and breakage's are the responsibility of the Hirer, and their cost shall be refundable on demand. However, minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged.
The price of the weekly rental includes electricity and central heating. There is a wood burning stove in the lounge (with a starter pack of wood provided free of charge) .
It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charge.
We are unable to accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any letting.
Whilst we welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs at an extra cost of £15 per pet, they must not be allowed on the beds or furniture and must not be left alone in the cottages. If pets are found unaccompanied in the cottage you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. If you're pet incurs any extra cleaning costs or causes any damage to the property or it's contents you will be asked to reimburse Cally Estate Holiday Lets. Cottages must be left in a clean and tidy state, removing all pet hair from the cottage and faeces from garden area. A FLAT CHARGE OF £50 WILL BE BILLED TO YOU if this is not followed. All dogs accompanying guests to the cottages must be paid for in full before arrival and not exceed the stated amount. (this applies to ALL dogs using the cottage facilities and garden area).
Please bear in mind that Cromald Cottages are located on a working farm, and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and we ask you not to walk through fields with livestock in them as animals are wild and unpredictable and we can not guarantee your safety.
We operate a policy of no smoking in the cottages.

No Ball games
No ball games are permitted in the gardens or on the gravel parking area.
