Edmund is a great host and good communicator. Although we didn't get chance to meet him in person. We had no problem checking in and he had been checking on us to make sure everything is ok. The flat is fantastic exactly as shown on the pictures. Location is also good with only minutes walk to the Angel station. Getting uber is also easy and affordable to most central destinations. I would definitely recommend his flat.

Beautiful flat with very caring host. Edmund was very flexible regarding the key pick up and drop off and was there to show us around the flat. Had an amazing stay here and can only recommend it!! Thank you!

I simply love Edmund's apartment. The building is new but the concierge is always there so it is relatively safe. Edmund's apartment is a comfortable one bedroom apartment with everything you need. Edmund is also a very nice host - he showed me the way to the tube station on my first day - that is about 12mins walk away. And he was also prompt with his mobile and actions as there was no heating on my first day but he was able to resolve it ASAP and it did not happened again. He checks time to time to make sure everything is okay. I will definitely stay there again when I am back in London.

It is in a new trendy development located between two canal basins in Islington. I stayed 9 nights with my daughter and everything did well exceed my expectations. The neighbourhood is safe to walk back at night, perfect if not the constructions sites in the district. But the flat faces the garden side, quiet day and night, only a delight to hear birds sing & ducks quack in the morning. All furnitures & amenities are of contemporary design and fine standard. A walnut wood bench for work and floor to ceiling blackout curtains were just added. It’s ideal even for long stay with its well equipped kitchen and powerful washer+dryer. 24h concierge helped me keep my luggage as I arrived too early in the morning for check-in but when I came back in the evening, our host Edmund has already moved them up. It’s my first time checking in with Airbnb and all I have to do is to have the host show us around and get the keys. The closest bus stops are 5 minutes away on busy City Road. Route 205 stops by all railway stations for us, Euston to the Midlands, King Cross/Paddington to Heathrow, and Marylebone to Bicester Village. Uber is always somewhere around. It’s about 10-12 minutes walk through City Road to either Old tube station or Angel tube station, both in Zone 1. There are many alternatives and I use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) App to find the easiest route. It’s a pleasure walking by the leafy waterway to Angel Station. On a sunny Sunday afternoon there were parties having BBQ on board and playing inflatable floating boat along the canal. Angel is a vibrate area treasured by Londoners with many good size branches of essential big brands around the station, Boots, M&S, HSBC, Boots, Three, Muji, Salisbury and a street market selling fresh fruit and flowers called Chapel Market. Don’t miss Camden Passage there which is notable for vintage boutiques and many lovely cafes, Victoria Miro Gallery for contemporary art and two Jamie Oliver’s restaurants just steps away. Edmund is very considerate and I can't recommend to anyone highly enough!

Edmund is very kind and helpful. His place is new, roomy, clean and bright. I loved the kitchen! Everything in the apartment is like first time using. The building has 24h concierge. The neighborhood is quiet. The closest tube station is 12 minutes (walking) but there are 2 bus stops (5 minutes) connecting with main tube stations and main places as well.

I booked Edmund’s apartment for my friend and he enjoyed his stay so much that expressed gratitude more than once. The flat is in a brand new development located in an outstanding, highly desirable area. It offers tons of great restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. I am glad I had the chance to book his amazing apartment. Edmund was an awesome host, very responsive and provided all the necessary information a few days prior. The flat is extremely clean, super comfortable and cosy. Truly great experience and would recommend his place to anyone.
