I am glad you enjoyed the pros of my home - the location, local restaurants, amenities and communication with Hostmaker! I am very sorry about the balcony as this is a fairly big issue that the door can no longer be used (it was not listed as an amenity due to this) however I have now removed it from the listing description to be clear. What initially looked like a basic fix is actually a lot more comprehensive, and will take a lot more time than I thought. I am so sorry this affected your stay - we did offer you compensation for this error in the listing. With the microwave - this isn't listed as an amenity - apologies for the confusion with this. We have replaced the cafetiere now for future guests and am just sorry we didn't have a chance to do this during your stay. I hope you had a lovely stay in London apart from these things you have mentioned and I am going to sort out these improvements you have mentioned so really appreciate your feedback!
