Bedroom available in historic Whittier, with a comfy queen bed. Just 2 miles to downtown. Walkable to City Park bars and restaurants and close to the RiNo art district. Must love dogs! I have 3 of them and they are very "interactive." Note: shared bathroom - see listing. Close Lyft ride to any of the awesome local neighborhoods, like Capitol Hill, LoDo, Downtown, South Broadway, LoHi and so forth.
Cute little Victorian, across the street from a small park with a dog park. Yes, you can bring dogs, but please talk to me about it first, because we need to ascertain that they will get along with my girls. I have a fenced backyard. Note: the bathroom is shared and the only entrance to it is through my bedroom. I don't have a door on my bedroom, so you will not have to worry about lack of access, but it does obviously cut down on privacy. If you want to chat about it, message me.
You have free range to the house and yard, though I probably wouldn't share my office much unless we talk about it first.
I work a lot, though not in traditional 8 hours spurts, so I tend to drop in throughout the day. Because I'm often in and out, there is a good chance that I could be available to help with transportation. I'm happy to make any suggestions with the city to make your stay more enjoyable.
Just the shared bathroom with the entrance through my bedroom and the 2 very interactive dogs. :) My short-term rental is licensed through the City of Denver: 2016-BFN-0008696.
I usually sleep from midnight to 8:00 am-ish, although it varies. You are welcome to sleep whenever you like, but if you're coming home at bar close, please be respectful with your noise level. Especially if there are two of you, then consider going to your room and shutting the door, please. No cigarettes indoors, ever. Please take the weed outside, as well. I have seating areas in the front and back yard. Make sure to lock the door when you're coming and going, and please be mindful not to set my dogs free. If they get hyper and jump on you, feel free to get them with the squirt bottle! They know better, but the young ones get excited and have trouble containing themselves.
I've lived in Denver since 1999, minus a year abroad and other shenanigans. I own a small do-good business and do a lot of nonprofit work. I love dogs, which is good since I have three of them! I am a climber, I do yoga, I love to read, watch indie films, and see live music when I have spare time. Oh, and Ted Talks. I like those.
As a host, I try to be as accommodating as possible. I work a lot, but I tend to be pretty responsive to questions, help make suggestions for things you may like, and I'm happy to help drive guests when I can.
