Built in 2022, this lived-in flat has all the mod cons and guests can enjoy a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, light and spacious property, with a gorgeous balcony boasting views of the City of London. The open plan kitchen/living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. You’ll find a large flat-screen TV, 5-person corner sofa, bookcase (with books) and new Siemens appliances (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer).

The master suite has unobstructed views across London, a super king size bed with a built-in wardrobe and ensuite, with a rainfall shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed, desk with screens, with a family size bathroom next to it, containing a rainfall shower and full bath.

The area

Camberwell has long been known as an art and cultural hub and, more recently, famed for its quality restaurants and buzzing pubs. You can enjoy the Saturday morning market in the Green or join the parkrun, play tennis, or simply sit and enjoy Burgess Park. Pop over to Brixton food markets and nightlife, or walk up to Southbank and Waterloo for theatre, culture and more – there is so much to do at your fingertips, and I can share some suggestions, if you need them.

If you’d rather stay in, the flat has floor to ceiling windows throughout – airy and light in the daytime and you can watch the sunset over London every evening, with a glass of wine in hand. It overlooks the quiet internal courtyard. There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket underneath the building and Deliveroo and other food delivery services operate here, with a plethora of options to choose from.

The bus links are excellent, with routes all over London including Victoria, the City, Leicester Square, Soho and more. You are in walking distance to Elephant & Castle (Zone 1) Oval and Kennington tubes and the train to central London from Elephant & Castle takes six minutes.
