Private main level bedroom for 2 and couches for others. 10 min from I-15 and 10 min from Alta/Snowbird ski resorts. (Cottonwood canyon) Incredible views, hiking & cycling in summer and fall. Can't beat the location. 15 min to downtown SLC. 20 min to airport.
We are at the base of cottonwood canyon. Trails, cycling, skiing, snowshoeing and other outdoor recreational activities are easily located from this casual Main-level "home-base".
Fireplace, kitchen, and piano upstairs. Wifi access is Pajaro and password is Pajaro88. Plus my 20+ years of experience exploring this incredible area! Welcome to use anything in kitchen/bathroom etc.
As often as you like. We can chat or hangout or I can stay to myself. Whatever you prefer. I travel extensively so I've partnered with my son Jenner (24) and his fiancé who live in the basement and have varied availability---if they are around they're super fun to chat with and very personable--if they're not around you'll have the place to yourselves. They're also avid hikers and hammock-ers and nature lovers in general so feel free to pick their brains!
Everything is very casual/laid back. There's stuff to build a fire and even make s'mores!! (Even in summer!)
When I'm around I'm a registered uber and Lyft driver and would be happy to give you needed rides.
There is no expectation for you to empty trashes or clean up- we will take care of all that once you depart! Just make sure to put the spare key back in the hanging plantar.
To come and go as they please with their own key. Full access to kitchen and fireplace and etc upstairs. Right across street from bus stop. I am an uber driver and if around can take you where you need to go.
Cancel up to 24 hours before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable.
I am 48- don't drink or smoke- mom to five who travels extensively. I live with my husband and son. When I travel my son runs this airbnb. I run a non-profit called Pearls With Purpose. We do micro-enterprise training in developing countries (currently Philippines, India and Cambodia). We move the products the women create via events in the US and Canada- hence the frequent travel. Because 82% goes back to the women- we are left with a small 18% travel budget. I'm hoping Airbnb allows us to keep our costs down and mingle/interact with neat individuals during our travels! I'm an outdoor "junkie" and if you have a bike laying around and bike trails to explore that will absolutely make my day!! ;) I love sinking myself into the heart of any place I visit and am not a big fan of "fluff and fancy". I'm more of the unexplored nook and cranny type.
My life motto would be "Life begins where your comfort zone ends"
