Separate access and exclusive use of three rooms in a spacious, renovated house in one of Perth's premier suburbs. Close to services, public transport and local attractions - including walking distance to a supermarket, cafes and bars, the University, Swan River and Kings Park.
The main bedroom is large with a queen bed and has a TV and wardrobe in this room. The second room has a sofa bed for an addition person or couple. In this room is a small fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The third room is a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Access is via a front gate with signage ‘48 Entry’. Walk down the path to an alcove that has a white door. On the wall next to the door is a key lock box that requires a 4 digit entry code. Pull the outer door on the lock box open to reveal the number code. Enter the code and press the 2 side buttons. The lock box will open. Retrieve the key and open the door. You are now in your own private 3 room space.
The guest area is part of the main house but has a separate entry and there is complete privacy if this is what guests prefer. We are very happy however to engage with and share the back deck area .
I work full time but my husband is about and is happy to assist and provide information.

We have a no smoking rule inside the house.
I'm a professional woman who lives with my recently retired husband (and small dog!). We are empty nesters who enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, music, films, reading ....and food and wine! We are busy, sociable, friendly people but we also like our own space and respect our guests privacy.
