Getting around
Paid street parking is available. Buzz Bingo in the Freshfield Business Park is within 2 minutes' walk. Here you can park your car for a rate of £18.20 per 24 hours (2 hours £4.20). This can be purchased through a GroupNexus app and renewing your car park ticket can be done remotely. There is also 24-hour paid in parking spo streets further up from the beach. The street where the apartment is located will only allow up to 11 hours paid parking, but when you arrive can unload your car in front of the apartment complex.
Close to buses - 2 minutes' walk to the Upper Bedford Street bus stop, with multiple buses servicing it.
Local Taxis available and all areas nearby available on foot.
Please note - this penthouse is in a building with no lift and as such, not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The apartment does not have a lift, making it unsuitable for individuals with mobility issues or families with very young children.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
Parties and loud music are prohibited, with noise monitoring equipment in place for enforcement.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, with a substantial fee for violations.
Security systems are installed at property access points, and tampering with them will result in penalties. A video doorbell is installed at the front door.
Disturbances are subject to penalty fees.
A replacement fee is applicable for lost keys
