Our condo is a 1,100 sq/feet, ground level with more than enough room to sleep 6: the master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with memory foam mattress, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and there's a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. Our kitchen is well equipped for families looking to dine in. The unit has been updated with new flooring, appliances, furnishings and flat screen TV's in both the master bedroom and living room – a very comfortable place for you and your family to stay! On-site amenities available for our guests include: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, fitness room, tennis, volleyball, baseball/softball and playground for the kids.
Enjoy the sunshine at our condo! Our very bright ground-level unit is centrally located within the resort overlooking the tennis courts. Also our porch is in a perfect location for sitting outside in the summer - there is plenty of sunshine compared to other units that directly face the woods. You can step off of our porch onto a large grass area that is ideal for yard games, picnicking or just hanging out relaxing.
Midweek and holidays three (3) night minimum stay required and rates are subject to 9% NH Room Tax.

- No pets of any kind are allowed in the unit. Your security deposit of $250 will be forfeited and you could be liable for additional charges should there be any damages caused by the pet.
- No smoking is allowed in the unit. Your security deposit of $250 will be forfeited for additional carpet cleaning and deodorizing treatment.
- There must be at least one individual 25 years of age or older who will occupy the property during the entire stay.
- The number of guests cannot exceed six (6) members. Children in cribs are not included in this number.
- Guest shall not sublet premises or any part thereof without prior written consent of owner. If owner permits sub-lease, such permission shall in no way relieve guest of liability.
- Guests are prohibited from engaging in illegal activity or creating a nuisance to other unit owners or guests.
