Situated very centrally we are walking distance to main amenities, free street parking and great views.
Ideal for families, the two adjoining bedrooms can be supplemented by a cot or extra bed if requested.
Ideal for couples or families there is a spacious living/dining room, kitchen and shower room.
There are two adjoining bedrooms (the double bedroom is accessed by walking through the twin room).

Wifi, 40" HD TV, DVDs, board games, PS3 and books as well as a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Street parking in the vicinity of the flat is free.
A starter pack of breakfast items will be provided.
With a fantastic central location, the flat is walking distance to Oban's main amenities including shops, cafes, restaurants, ferry terminal, train/bus stations and leisure centre.
The flat is situated at the garden level of the property (the upper two floors of the house are occupied by the host&family).
Being built on the hill, it may be useful to note the apartment is accessed by a number of steps and some of the roads/paths leading to the surrounding area are steep.
The property is situated on Oban's hill leading up to McCaigs Tower.
There is a private entrance door accessed from the lower garden level. A key will be left for you in a secure key box at the door so you can arrive at anytime convenient to you.
Oban's main shops and restaurants are approx 200m downhill from the flat.
Atlantis Leisure Centre (swimming pool, soft play, climbing wall) and our new community PlayPark are a 4 minute walk.
Calmac ferry terminal and Oban railway station are an approx 10 minute walk.
To provide you with flexibility in your journey, 24hr access/checkin is available via a private door at garden level.
The host lives in the main house and will be readily available for any questions, advice or support needed during your stay.
Steps to access the flat are uneven in height, so may not be appropriate for a person with mobility restrictions. Please take care!
