This is a beautiful bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the heart of the charming quaint Marina, located one block from the Palace of Fine Arts, St Francis Yacht Club, Crissy Field Beach (famous for windsurfing). Walking distance to Golden Gate Bridge, Fort Point, Presidio Park, Fort Mason, Ghirardelli Square, little Italy, Russian Hill, Union Square & Fisherman's wharf. Beautiful trails along the beach and parks. This is known to be one of the absolute best, safest, beautiful neighborhood in the city.
It has a view of the Palace of Fine Art's Dome, beautiful Mediterranean homes and an eastern view of San Francisco's skyline.
There is a shared garden and roof deck with fabulous 360 degree views of the city, the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.
There is a large deck in the rear of the apartment overlooking tall pine trees and East City views.
The apartment is on the second floor and has an elevator that opens into the home which is only used to bring up luggage.
This modern, elegant home is welcoming, cozy, artistically decorated and fully furnished. It has hardwood floors, art throughout and central heating.
The kitchen has a gorgeous marble top and is open to the dining/ living room area. There is lots of sunshine throughout all the rooms.
The bedrooms are very quiet and cozy. Two of them have comfortable queen size beds, TV, sheets and towels and large bay windows facing east.
The guest bedroom has closet with chess of drawers and a detached guest bathroom with tub and shower which is shared with 3rd bedroom.
The 3rd smaller bedroom has a full size bed and overlooks same patio as master bedroom. It has limited storage cabinet with shelving.
The master bedroom has a closet with private bathroom, tub and shower. It has a large window and sliding glass door which opens out to a wonderful large sunny patio with plants and view of tall trees and some city scape. This Patio is shared with the 3rd bedroom. You feel as if you are in the mountains.
Each bedroom accommodates up to 2 people and if the full size bed is too small to accomadate a 2nd person, the alternative would be to use the comfortable sofa in the living room.
Check out is 10.00 am but I am flexible for a later check out by noon as long as there are no new guests checking in right after.
There's WIFI and cable and self-serve coffee and variety of teas.
Please no cooking. (For longer stays, light cooking is allowed such as making sandwiches, preparing salads or boiling water for tea or coffee, for eggs or pasta, or heating food in microwave).
No smoking on premises. Limited storage for large luggage (beyond 8 bags) and no bicycles, surf boards, large packages in the apartment without the host's approval prior to booking.
Walking distance to Fillmore, Pacific Heights, Union Square, Russian Hill, Polk, and Union Street, the best shopping areas, restaurants/ bars, movie theaters, banks, post office.
Easy street parking. There is a bus stop half block away with Bus #30 which takes you through a direct route to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, China town, Financial District, the famous downtown Union Square, Bart and train stations. The home has easy freeway access to the airport, Silicone Valley, East Bay, and Marin. (Airport is approximately 30 to 45 minutes away).
I am also interested to rent for a month or more, to interested persons that are quiet, considerate, non smokers, clean, responsible, casual social drinkers, and don't bring party home.

Handicap accessibility is limited in the apartment.
Occasionally, one car parking is available for an additional fee of $35 per day which could be added to the Airbnb special offers or paid separately upon arrival.

If the guest resides longer than two weeks than the fee will be prorated.
A fee of $450 for cleaning will be assessed for a month.
A fee of $350 will be charged for lost keys.
I love to welcome and interact with my guests if they have interest in great conversations. I am extremely hard working but love to take a brake from time to time and enjoy socializing. My guests will be on their own.

Every 4 to 5 days need to water plants and will come with advance notice.
No loud music or loud TV especially after 10pm.
Please do not alter furniture.
Please do not change thermostat settings without prior approval.
Please keep noise at respectable level.
Please maintain harmonious relationship with neighbors.
Please make sure that shower drain and toilet bowl are clean.
No throwing hard objects and excessive toilet paper in the toilet.
No parking in front of building and blocking garage access to the neighbors unless it is to unload luggage.
Please turn off lights when leaving premises.
Main entrance door to building should be bolted between 8pm and 6am.
Do not throw any damp objects or wet towels on hardwood floors.
Please return keys upon departure.
Please notify me immediately in case of maintenance problems, property damage, household mishaps or issues with neighbors.
Please no incoming /outgoing calls on the land line other then 911 emergency or short local call that are no longer then 10 minutes.
Please do not use wood burning fireplace for safety reasons at all times.
If house keys are lost, a fee of $350 will be assessed to replace home locks.
