Doggy Holiday House offer guests who wish to holiday with their dogs, a secure comfortable 2 bedroom house close to wonderful Sunshine Beach.
This recently renovated house offers modern appliances, leather lounge suites and private out door seating.
The holiday house is just a short walk to the local centre with its shops and cafes, and to the surf club and the beach.
Off lead dog areas are also close by.

Our dogs and cat are our friends and part of our family and we never go on holidays without
them.
Our comfortable 2 bedroom cottage at Sunshine Beach just south of fabulous Noosa has been recently renovated so that others can enjoy this beautiful part of the Sunshine Coast with their pets.
A beautiful off-lead beach that extends to the Noosa National Park is just a few minutes away, while the expanse of Castaways Beach off-lead beach is a 3 minute drive to the
South. Either way, your furry family members will have a holiday to remember.
The Sunshine Beach Village is a leafy 3 minute walk away. There several good cafes here, or you can sit at an outside table under the trees and have your coffee while your pet mingles with the locals. Its all very informal at Sunshine Beach.
The patrolled beach and the Surf Life Saving Club with its wonderful deck or ocean view dining room, is just across the road from the village.

13 BRYAN STREET SUNSHINE BEACH

This is a renovated dog friendly cottage with 2 bedrooms, a secure tropical courtyard off the living area, and a fully fenced leafy back yard.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk-in robe while the twin has 2 singles and has built-ins wardrobes.

The kitchen is new with stone bench tops and European appliances: microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker and the usual utensils. There is plenty of work space, with an island bench-top.

Just off the kitchen is the dining area that opens onto the courtyard.

The lounge features 2 leather sofas, a 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD/Blu Ray, radio/CD/MP3 player and is newly air-conditioned to accommodate the open plan living areas.
The lower lounge has a sofa, and is a lovely reading area or kids' play area, looking out to the lower courtyard.
There are 4 internal stairs, so take care with little ones. A safety gate is fitted at the top and bottom of the stairs.

There is a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner for the open-plan lounge /dining area, and lower lounge.

The courtyard is a lovely area to relax and read, or dine al fresco. Under a canopy of trees and landscaped with tropical plants, this area is visited by scrub turkeys and the occasional koala.

The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, while there is a separate toilet as well.

There is a large single car lock-up garage, while there is room for another car in the driveway. The washer and dryer are in the garage.

The back yard is private and fully secure. When back from the beach, use the hot and cold outdoor shower to get the sand off. Or use this area to romp with the dogs. This area has mature trees and an extensive fernery so there is plenty to keep your pet amused. There is a garden bench for restful contemplation.
*Scores of dogs have left the turfed area somewhat denuded, but still a lovely area.

The entire house is tiled and dog friendly, but we would ask that dogs not get up on the leather sofas or in the garden beds.
For the sake of future guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house, and we ask that pets be flea treated prior to arrival.

There are plenty of off-lead beaches nearby. Closest is a short walk north on the southern side of Noosa National Park, and the other a 5 minute drive south at Clarkes Beach, and features miles of pristine beach.

Sunshine Beach is the surprise of the Noosa area, hidden from the main stream, yet close to all the delights of Noosa and Noosa National Park. There is a vibrant village an easy walk away with great coffee shops and restaurants.

We are pet friendly. We love our dogs and don't feel a holiday is complete without them and expect our guests feel the same way.

Sunshine Beach, if you do not know it, is a hidden enclave just behind Noosa backing on to the National Park. It has a cute little village with eateries, a few bars and a convenience store. I think it's a magic place to live and holiday. Great dog friendly beaches too.

Dogs are very welcome under the following conditions: Dogs are allowed in the house but not on the furniture, especially the leather sofas and beds or in the garden beds. We ask that dogs be flea treated prior to arrival. Unfortunately we do not accept cats under any circumstances.

We do not supply linen as many guests prefer to bring their own. Linen can be arranged Please let me know at the time of booking.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Contact: Please supply your residential address and contact details with your reservation, along with the number of guests and number size and type of dog/s. Price quoted is for up to 4 guests. We can not accommodate more than 4 people I'm afraid.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $400 is to be paid with the final payment no less then 21 days before arrival. This is returned as soon as we receive the cleaners' report, but no later than 14 days after departure.
A mandatory cleaning fee of $115 applies to each visit and is already included in the rental price. The cleaning fee goes towards what we are charged by our cleaners for a change-over clean. They expect that the house will be left clean and acceptable. If a heavy clean is required, we are charged more and that cost will be deducted from the deposit.


Dogs are permitted inside the house, but not on the furniture, including the beds or leather lounge suites. Dogs should be flea free before arrival please. Please confirm number and type and size with the owner. A dog fee my be charged depending on the type, size and number of dogs.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. We accept that breakages happen but would appreciate it if you can let us know if a plate or cup is broken so we can replace them for the next guest.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for next guests. This can be relaxed by prior arrangement for a late check-out if mutually suitable. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

General conditions
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Security Deposit is payable at the same time as the balance amount. This will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.

Dogs are allowed but the type and number of pet(s) must be confirmed with the owner, and the owner reserves the right to refuse. A pet fee may be charged depending on the number and type of dogs. Cats are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Roberts place is a fantastic 2 bedroom house centrally located, immaculately clean and well equipped for a family of four. We also took our Cavoodle with us who thoroughly enjoyed the dog beach which is a 15 minute walk from Roberts place. The house does not have wifi but so long as you are able to hotspot off your phone this is not a big deal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thanks Robert

A great spot for a holiday break within walking distance to beautiful beaches. Perfect for holidays getaways with pets, with a choice of outside yard areas for pooches to explore.

We loved our stay here. Allthough very centrally located and close to the beach and shops, the house is secluded and surrounded by trees. It is user friendly and comfortable. We enjoyed using the courtyard for alfresco dining.

We love our dogs and think a holiday is not complete without them. We think our guests think so too, and since 2012, we have provided a safe, clean and comfortable beach house for gusts to holiday with their dogs.
Or without them.
Either way, we have tried to make 13 Bryan St Sunshine Beach a place that we would like to holiday, and in doing that, a place our guests will feel at home. I think we have done just that.
