The apartment is very quiet and there are no neighbors on one side of unit.
The laundry facilities is on the 1st floor off the lobby.
The apartment building is highly secure.
There is free reserved parking.
I will provide keys upon your arrival and help familiarize you with my place and the surrounding neighborhood.
I respect your privacy and so I am available as much or as little as you need.

NOISE: Please be mindful of our neighbors--keep noise at a non-disruptive volume during both day and night.
NO CHILDREN ON BALCONY: There should be no children allowed on the balcony at all times and the sliding glass & screen door should always be closed and locked if there are children present in the apartment.
ADULT SUPERVISION: There should always be adult supervision over children that are present in the apartment.
BALCONY LOAD LIMITS: Due to load limits, there should never be more than two (2) people on the balcony at any one time.
BALCONY GRILLING: There can be no grilling on the balcony.
KEYS: You are provided with two keys: one key for the apartment door and one key for main complex front entrance, the alley side gate stair entrance door and second floor inner door which opens to the second floor. Please keep keys on you at all times; each lost key is subject to a $15 replacement fee.
PARKING: Your reserved parking space #45 is located along the south alley side of building and is second parking space from front of building. Do not park in anybody else's parking space because you will risk having your car towed away at your expense. You will find the space number painted in white on the pavement.
TOILET: To prevent a backup, please refrain from flushing feminine hygiene products down the toilet.
TRASH: Dispose of your trash in the Trash Chute which is located by the elevator. Please use the provided trash bags located under the apartment kitchen counter sink.
