A cosy single room within a quiet flat only a short stroll from business parks. Comfy single bed, side table, desk for use. Closet and drawer use.
A massive Morrisons supermarket just 'round corner (a nearby path shortcuts right to it) - open 7-11 (8-4 Sundays), has just about everything - including large cafe for breakfast, lunch, dinner. 5 min walk.
Bus stop outside takes you into Watford town centre & Watford Junction train station.
Metropolitan Line station very close too (15 min walk).
An interesting apartment with many framed movie posters and movie collectibles. A bit like a museum (but on a smaller scale!).
This room is available all year including Christmas!
Your space is, of course, your room with bed, desk, drawerspace, hangers - you can also feel free to use the large kitchen with washer & dryer. Bathroom right down the hall.
Not accessible for guests - main living room, 2nd bedroom.
I am home most of the time and will be available for anything you need (if I'm out and about you can buzz my mobile!)
The W10 bus leaves frequently from the bus stop right across from my building - going to Leavesden Harry Potter Studios, Watford Junction, Vicarage Road stadium, Watford Town Centre and Watford General Hospital.
Very near (walk or short drive) following business parks:
Croxley Green Business Park
Wolsey Business Park
Watford Business Park
Orbital Business Park
Metro Centre Business Park
Please no smoking or parties/loud music. If you are bringing friends or colleagues back please give me a text to let me know.

Hi my name is Mark, I am I a friendly American expat now living in Watford (that's the town where the Harry Potter films were made and where the studio tour still exists!).
I love living so near to London and also the London Underground which takes me from my town right into the great city.
I am a quiet person who loves movies and sci-fi; I guess you could call me a bit of geek! I love meeting people from other countries. I have no qualms about race, gender, sexual orientation. Come as you are!
