A house in a quiet place in the metropolitan area of Tokyo,
with nice equipments to travelers who move a lot and need to relax after long days
(a spacious bathtub, soft towels, a high tech hair dryer, thick futons, etc... see the photos).
Home Wi-Fi internet connection and a mobile Wi-Fi are provided.
Max. 3 adults. Children, persons coming alone are welcome.
The train station is at only 3 minutes walk.
Access to popular places within 30 minutes, easy access to the airports. (See below.)
The house has 3 floors. There is no shared space, so no one else will enter the house during your stay.
In the tatami bed room, there are futons for 1-3 adults.
We believe it is best for 2 or 3 adults and children.
The neighborhood is quiet, you can sleep well.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
We will not disturb you during your stay (we live in Saitama, 1 hour by train) unless you want to interact.
There is no television. (Trust me, you don't need it.)
Internet (unlimited high speed Wi-Fi) is available in the house. You can use it to do anything you want, including watching movies by streaming with your tablet.
Additionally, a mobile Wi-Fi, with the best connectivity in Japan, is provided for common usages (map apps, phone, mail, etc...), limited to around 1GB/day of data transfer.
Common rules in Japan: take off your shoes, separate the garbage, do not make noises after 8:00 PM (especially at the entrance, close the windows if you want to chat inside the house).
Do not disturb the neighbors.
Please try to keep the house as clean as yours and take out the garbage when possible.
Hi, my name's Runo. I'm 33.
I speak Japanese, French and English.
I started hosting in June 2016, because I believe it's better to stay in a quiet location rather than a hotel, and also because it allows family travelers (or group travelers) to stay in the same space - Travelers alone are welcome too.
My objective is to let travelers say "I'm glad I came to Japan" when they leave, and I will do my best to contribute to this objective.
When I was young, I studied in France for around 15 years.
I came back to Japan when I graduated from the University and now I live in Japan with my wife and my son.
When I travel in Japan, I like going to Onsen (hot springs), visiting Jinja (temples).
I like gardening, taking photos, eating good things especially Japanese food.
I work at Roppongi.
Please send me a message if you have any questions, or if you want to stay longer than 1 month.
