Hay-on-Wye has a huge number of independent shops, many of them secondhand book shops and vintage shops. It's a great town to explore with plenty of festivals and fayres to visit during the year. Keep informed on things happening locally by visiting the Hay-on-Wye website.
Surrounded by the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Parks, the area offers plenty of walking opportunities. A few minutes drive from Little Pentwyn is the Begwns. The Begwns offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It is possible to see almost the entire Brecon Beacons National Park from the Roundabout.
We allow pets but ask that they are kept off the furniture. No smoking permitted in Little Pentwyn.
I love living right here, that's why I'd like others to visit this gorgeous spot in Wales. I work full time and in my spare time organise a popular vintage fayre in Hay-on-Wye twice a year (Hay Does Vintage). I enjoy reading if I can keep my eyes open long enough, love visiting the cinema in Hay and enjoy hosting and socialising. My love of retro is evident in my own home and in Little Pentwyn. Our family pets, Willy (dog) and Ron (our cat and Mr Personality himself) are the reason I want you to be able to enjoy your holiday with your pooches if you wish.
