Our 140m2 house is located on the heart of the medieval village of Dambach La Ville, 5 minutes away from the highway leading to the European Main City of Strasbourg or the city of Colmar. Close to Selestat (for facilities) and interesting sites (Haut Koenigsburg Castle).
We rent our 300 year old home (old Alsacian house) that we restored for the past 3 years. We will ask you to kindly take care and feed the cats (Tartine and Chouki) during your stay. Our cats are close to human beings, it is possible that they will approach you to be huged.

-1 master bedroom with a 180cm bed
-1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed
-1 baby room with a crib
-1 bathroom (shower, bath and toilets)
-1 toilet in the cellar
-Fully equiped kitchen
-Washing machine, tumbler dryer
-Living room with a TV
-High speed internet, wifi

-20m2 terrace with a barbecue
Our home is located in the heart of the village, with a full view on wineyards, the terrace is surrounded by the village’s battlements and is oriented North-West (sunny from 1 to 8 pm).
At the heart of the Alsace Wine road, our home is perfectly located for hiking and bike trips.
In the village, every week you will fin activities like :
-On mondays : the farmers market
-On sundays : folk music on the market place
-On wednesdays : weekly market (food mainly)
There is also a discovery train for families to visit and enjoy your stay in the village.
We also have very special neighbours : a family of storks has its nest just 40m away from our home on the roof of the medieval door.
We will be absent during your stay but we are fully available for informations by phone.
Our home is built on 3 floors and many stairs : it is not really suitable for people with mobility issues.
Otherwise, our home is an ancient alsacian house : in some rooms, the ceiling is not high, people over 1m90 will have to take care for their head…
Tartine and Chouki are our cats : there are important members of our family and we will ask you to treat them kindly as they deserve. They live a free life, coming in and out as they wish (we leave a window open for them) : we want you to be aware of they habits and be fully willing to respect them.
