Magical "Brunswick Beata" is located in the historic district, steps from the town green & center; 5 min stroll to Bowdoin campus, our completely modernized & unique home is in a perfect, quiet location, surrounded by lush gardens.
We try to be a no-shoes home, so we'd appreciate shoes off, especially on rainy/messy days. Slippers provided to stay cozy! Smoking outside only.
Tony is a native Mainer and has happily returned to his favorite state after raising a family and working in CT and abroad for many years. A retired academic, he now spends his time reading, writing and gardening, as well as staying in touch with kids and grandkids. His partner Nina is a native of Oslo, Norway and has also lived in CT for the past 30 years. She is a writer and educator, and enjoys creating just the right atmosphere for hosting guests. An empty nester, she loves to travel with Tony, and together they share a passion for literature, art, film, music and culinary explorations. Both see hospitality as a meaningful and enjoyable part of a good life.
As AirBnB guests we respect the homes we stay in and treat them with care and respect, and we hope and expect Brunswick guests do the same.
