It was very surprising to read this feedback given the fact that among multiple requests you had during your short stay of 2 nights only, all were fulfilled within minutes.
I am sorry to see you think it is completely ok to request me to come to empty your rubbish bin or bring you salt and oil... It is our goodwill to place some things in the apartment so people don’t need to buy. It’s been the first time someone’s leisurely requesting for more.
As for the cooking... we were left with burned pots in the kitchen (proof in inbox) and mom found the area in smoke once she came upstairs to explain how to use the washing machine. For all the other guests reading this now, please note it is a normal and easy to handle machine but you cannot open the window to add a forgotten shirt while the washing machine is in run and full of water.
My mom was available 24/7 for you and it could’ve happened she wasn’t even on the premise, as in many other places. Honestly I expected your feedback would be filled with thankfulness for our assistance with everything and at least apology for breaking the stone vase and destroying the kitchen pots. It has been a really great season behind us, many guests and families with children who took well care of our apartments and enjoyed hospitality in our family run property with 5 apartments. All our guests are treated respectfully and we are very proud of 112 other valuable reviews shared by guests from all over the world.
