Villa Mima (named after our lovely Mum) is a 150 year old stone house that our father grew up in. Set within 10,000sq metres of private family owned land amongst beautiful plants and herbs, we (his children) have fully and lovingly renovated and restored throughout for your enjoyment.
Please do contact us directly - we have a separate website with lots more information about things to do, how to find us and lots of recommendations.

The house and surrounding private lands will all be yours to enjoy and explore, you will not share with anyone.
We believe one of the special features of our land is that we have cleared a path behind the house so that you are able to walk / climb up into the mountain and enjoy the stunning views of Kotor bay and have them all to yourself.
We have also provided picnic facilities so please do take some food, drink and a good camera with you and enjoy the peaceful and tranquil surroundings coupled with unparalleled views.
We have wonderful and extremely friendly cousins (Lidija & Miro) who live within 2 mins drive of the property and will be your hosts for your stay. Both are English speaking and will be able to not only help you settle in but also help with any enquires throughout your stay.
Miro is a great chef and on request would be happy to come over one evening and prepare a freshly caught (by him) local fish dinner.
If you want to get out and explore the bay at your own leisure, their boat is also available to rent, so just ask Lidija for further details and availability. (max 8 people). For larger groups, please just ask and a larger boat can be arranged.
Alternatively if you like your privacy then that is absolutely fine too. They are on hand as and when you need them.
Important to note:
It is important to note that the house is adjoined by a neighbour. The property and outside areas are completely secluded from them and you won't even notice that they are there, but we want to make you aware of this too.
I would also like to point out that the drive to the property could be considered steep. As this is a mountainous region this is normal, but we want you to be aware. As a result though the property commands great views throughout.
This is a family owned home so please respect the house and treat it as you would you own. Also recognise that there are neighbours, and although you will not even notice they are there, be aware that loud noise outdoors late at night may not be appreciated by them.
I am from London, and my mother and father are originally from Montenegro.
Villa Mima has been a family (brother, sister and other halves) labour of love for the last two years converting my dads old stone house that he grew up in, into a fully renovated and luxury family holiday villa. We're very proud of it and we hope he would be too.
