Crescent Beach is a 2015 ocean-front duplex on a coral bay consisting of Sky, the upper apartment and Sand, the lower apartment. You can even rent both for a combination of 12 persons in six bedrooms - 2,100 sq, ft. in each apartment...
Each Crescent Beach apartment is self-contained and furnished to the highest standards. See our website at (URL HIDDEN) for full details. Three bedrooms, two featuring Swedish-style rain showers and the third featuring a bath tub for little ones provide sleeping comfort. Eat in with a fully equipped kitchen and choice of inside or patio dining, or eat out at some of Grand Cayman's best restaurants - just up the road. Hate air conditioning? Switch it off and throw open the doors to an ever present cool tropical breeze. Energetic? Borrow one of our bicycles and do the short 5 mile farmland ride or the longer ocean loop at 18 miles. Or don your flippers and mask and snorkel in Cayman's finest coral bay, home to spawning fish, schools, morays, and even turtles. Just want to chill? SAND, the lower apartment, features a Wii console while SKY, upstairs features an XBox 360 with Formula One steering wheel and pedals. Not into games? Catch up with your friends on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) over our Wi-fi linked to ultra-fast fibre-optic broadband. Or simply choose from 100's of TV channels, movies and shows with advanced recording, playback, and watch-from-start features.
Your apartment is your own. But the beach-front will be shared with the guests of the other apartment. What's to share? Well, there is the swimming pool with a paddle pool entrance for the little ones; the sandy area hosts a beach volleyball court, or can act as an arena for the French game of Boules. And of course there are the sun-loungers and hammocks. First-come, first-served but please do share - it's only fair and Cayman Kind.
Fay Anne and Paul both work but love to interact with our guests, suggest places to visit, play and eat based on your likes and dislikes, and arrange anything special which will make your vacation memorable. If not traveling to his Swedish office, Paul is available 24/7 while Fay Anne is available evenings and weekends. We are international travelers who have lived in nine countries - but Grand Cayman is truly our home - the place we always want to be. Our international experience means that we probably have something in common with most of our guests and we look forward to sharing.
Crescent Beach is licensed and inspected by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. Its license number is GH-317. The Cayman Islands government charges a 13% accommodation tax which must be added to your booking. In addition, for statistical purposes, the names of all guests must be provided to the Department of Tourism.
Crescent Beach is private and pristine and we want to keep it that way. We do our bit to remove and recycle plastics and bottles (even ones with messages) from the beach. You can help by having a bonfire with any wood that you can find on the beach. A fire pit is available and we bring additional wood along to make sure that you can make S'mores when you want to. But Crescent Beach is two apartments and we want our guests to respect the needs of the other persons at Crescent Beach and keep the noise levels down.
