The apartment is named Ca’ Fortuna. It has a large kitchen, laundry facilities and spacious living and separate dining room. The apartment is a stunning Venetian apartment which sparkles with Swarovski chandeliers and Venetian antiques as well as Natuzzi leather furniture and local artwork.
Ca’Fortuna is light and bright with large windows on three sides. Entranceway leading to dining room, sitting room (with sofa bed), two bedrooms (each with queen beds), family bathroom (with bath/shower) and ensuite bathroom (with shower), kitchen and balcony with canal view.
•Entry/dining room - Dining table and seating for six.
•Sitting Room – 1 two seater sofa (double sofa bed), 1 armchair, wide curve-screen smart HDTV and DVD player.
•Bedrooms – Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Reading lights/tables, large wardrobes/drawers, mirror.
•Family Bathroom – Power shower/bath, washstand, WC and bidet and cabinet, heated towel rack. The brand new water pump and water tank ensure that the water pressure is very good with continuous hot water on demand.
•Ensuite Bathroom - Power shower, washstand, WC and bidet and cabinet, hairdryer, washing machine and heated towel racks.
•Kitchen – dishwasher, gas cooker with extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, full set of cooking utensils/crockery/glassware/cutlery.
•Balcony – overlooking canal with table and two chairs.
•Air conditioning – centralised in the entry/dining area.
•Secure apartment block with intercom.
•A personalised binder full of ideas and information to help make your stay with us as convenient and as memorable as possible.
•International adaptors (UK and US, over boots, iron and ironing board, torch, umbrellas, a variety of books on Venice, clothes drying racks.
When you arrive in Venice, our manager will meet you and take you to Ca' Fortuna. They will familiarise you with the apartment to be sure you are comfortable and answer any questions you may have. Our manager is a local so will be happy to assist you in any way during your stay. The cost for this service is included in your rental.

A. Our email address is info at cafortuna com. This is the address you should send your email to so that we can send you a contract and information about your stay.
Q. How do I confirm a booking?
We will respond to a booking request promptly. Part of the booking process involves signing a standard rental contract which is a recent legal requirement of the Venice authorities.
Q. Is the cost for utilities included in the rental?
Yes. All gas and electricity in included in the rental. Please be conscious of our fragile environment and use with consideration.
Q. Do you have internet?
A. Yes unlimited internet is available. The Samsung smart TV is also connected to the internet.
Q. What about linen and cleaning?
A. All bed linen, bath and kitchen towels and final cleaning upon your departure are included in your rental. For stays longer than one week, linen and towels are changed and cleaning of the flat is done weekly. This service can be arranged more often for an additional charge.
Q. Can you give us advice about things to do/see in Venice?
A. It would be our pleasure! We have included in our apartment compendium the details of many sights and activities. We are also happy to talk to you about these ideas by email before your arrival!
Q. Who do I contact if there is a problem during my stay?
A. Our property manager lives in Venice and is your nearest contact. You will be given the contact details when you book.
The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
You will be issued two sets of keys for gaining access to the property. If keys are lost, a fee of €150 will be requested in order to cover the costs of replacing locks and keys.
