Welcome to your private getaway in the heart of the tropics. This 2,000 square foot house sleeps eight to ten, with one king bed, two queens, two sleeper sofas, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
Step out onto a lanai encircled by lush greenery and colorful flowers, giving you total privacy as you enjoy the perfect comfort of the heated pool. The only sounds that disturb the quiet are wind rustling through the palm trees and burgers sizzling on the large stainless steel gas grill. The shaded patio with an overhead fan makes the ideal setting for your poolside barbeque.
The interior of this house is every bit as inviting. Sunlight streams through the sliding glass doors, lighting up the main rooms with natural light. Cozy sofas and chairs face a big screen HDTV. An arched window overlooks the tropical garden outside.
The wide-open gourmet kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on a table facing another wall-mounted big screen HDTV. Throughout the house, stylish touches like bamboo wall hangings, paintings of seascapes, and sculptures of tropical fish enhance the feeling of island-style tranquility.
The tropical touches extend into the bedrooms with wicker headboards, bamboo shades and colorful fabrics. A Sleep Number King Bed was added to the master suite in early 2017! All bedrooms come with a TV and ample closet and drawer space, and the master suite features sliding door access to the lanai so you can fall asleep to cooling garden breezes.
No comfort or convenience is overlooked in this house. You’ve got air conditioning and ceiling fans, very fast wireless internet, HD cable, and a washer and dryer. The house also provides beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler.
People drive from all over to visit Tigertail Beach, but you’re just a short walk from its warm turquoise waters and silken white sands. Take a parasailing cruise. Wade in tidepools in search of shells. Or lie back and watch dolphins frolic in the surf.
There’s no better way to celebrate another perfect day in paradise than dinner at one of the Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Fin Bistro, all just a short walk from your house.

You have access to all rooms on the property. Please do not remove anything from the house that you did not bring yourself. The top shelf of the linen closet in the hallway near the guest bedrooms is the owner's property.
You will be supplied with several phone numbers to call if you have questions or issues during your stay. Owners and management are extremely responsive. The management office is literally less than a mile from the house!
Owner prefers renting for minimum of 7 nights during holidays and "season" (Dec 24 to Apr 29).
This property is professionally managed by Marco Island Vacation Properties, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agency, and acts as Rental Agent for this rental home. Guests are required to abide by "Marco Island Vacation Properties Rental Agreement", provided at the time of booking. Please read those terms and conditions carefully, which, although current, are subject to change without notice at any time.
Pool heater will be operated between months of October and April and will be preset to a temperature of 86 degrees (f). Guests are not permitted to adjust the temperature. Please contact Marco Island Vacation Properties for concerns about the pool heater.
Pets are not permitted to occupy the rental home. Exceptions to this policy may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, but will include additional charges to professionally treat the interior of the rental home upon guest departure. All pet owners, whether visitors or residents, are subject to, and required to, abide by the respective ordinance established by the City of Marco Island.
The arrival date and check-in time is stated on the airbnb listing for this rental home. Although check-in times are confirmed, they are not guaranteed and may be delayed as a result of unforeseen events.
Each registered guest and any occupant(s) are required to be identified by name during the booking confirmation process. The confirmation will state the maximum number of occupants authorized to occupy the vacation rental home pursuant to City, County and State ordinances. Occupancy of the reserved vacation home is limited to the registered guest and the named individuals only, and occupancy by others or subletting is strictly prohibited and will be construed to be a breach of this agreement.
This rental home is smoke-free, and, as such, smoking within the rental home is not permitted and prohibited and will be construed as a breach of this agreement. Smoking outside the home is only permitted if all doors and windows within the smoking area are closed. Any smoke odor detected within the rental home during guest occupancy or upon guest departure will be professional mitigated. The price for the mitigation service and/or related services will be charged to the registered guest.
This rental home is privately owned and, as such, is furnished by, and used by, the property owners. Therefore, guests are not permitted to relocate any furniture, furnishings, appliances, and/or other items located throughout the rental home. Further, any television/cable remote control devices or ceiling fan remote control devices must be returned to the room or rooms where they were originally found. Sofas may be repositioned to allow for sleeping arrangements, however.
This property is professional cleaned prior to the confirmed guest arrival day and check-in time. However, throughout the guest stay, the rental home is required to be cleaned and kept tidy by the guest(s). To assist our guest with this requirement, housekeeping/cleaning services may be arranged through Marco Island Vacation Properties at an additional charge.
