Conveniently located, cozy home, Near MCAS, Paris Island and historic downtown Beaufort, at Port Royal Landing, on the Beaufort River. Recently remodeled with three full baths and four bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with pantry staples, coffee, and tea. Luxury cotton sheets and plush towels. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Waterfront, casual restaurant in the community, as well as a Mexican restaurant, a fast food restaurant, a sandwich store, and a drug store within walking distance.
- Absolutely no smoking, even outside.
- Dogs must be walked on a leash and waste must be picked up. Bags are available. There is a dog door to the fenced back yard, but pets cannot be left unattended in the back yard. An ambitious dog could easily dig under the fence and escape! Dogs may be crated inside with bamboo mats (in hall closet) under the crate.
- House parties are prohibited but you can have a sit down meal for eight to twelve guests. Rowdy, noisy gatherings would not be well received. Homes are close together and neighbors would object to anything beyond a quiet, family or group gathering that ends before 10:00 PM.
- There is driveway parking for two cars. Additional spaces may be available with advance notice. There is no street parking, and the parking lot on the premises is for the marina and restaurant only. Additional parking space could be arranged in advance. Absolutely no parking on the grass. The neighbors will call me if you do this. If I can't be reached, park in the marina lot behind the house, but continue to reach me, text is fine, so I can tell the marina manager.
Boats are not allowed in driveways.
I am retired and I divide my time between Lake Hickory in North Carolina and Port Royal Landing in South Carolina. My South Carolina home is my Airbnb house. I also rent homes when I travel, especially for weddings and reunions.
