Spacious, bright and simple apartment with a spectacular big terrace that has a magnificent view of the entire city. El Dorado, a friendly neighbourhood of Quito, just a short walk to the heart of old town and Itchimbia Park. Private and fully furnished room.
Spacious, bright apartment in a friendly neighbourhood, with a magnificent view of the entire city and a big terrace. It is an old and simple apartment but has everything you need!
Other than the normal spaces (kitchen, dinning room, living room, bathroom, etc.), the part that I prefer is the huge terrace on top (private!)! Lots of plants, and a barbecue area, It's just a perfect spot to chill with a cold beer on the sunny days, or a glass of wine and a bonfire at nights.
You will have you're own bright private room with a king bed, a huge closet and a desk.
You even see the Cayambe from one of your three windows!
We will share the rest of the apartment: bathroom, Kitchen, dinning room, living room and terrace!
I travel a lot for work into the amazon region, I will trust you to take good care of my apartment. When I'm in Quito, I work from home/coffees/pubs And will be happy to hang after work or in the weekends if you feel like it, and if not, then no ;) !!
The normal ones! We are all grown ups. Right?
Oh yeah, no pets.... Not a cat or dog fan.
I'm a Belgian/Bolivian/Chilean woman (nop, not exaggerating) living now in Ecuador since 2014. I will tell you all about it when we meet!
I'm an anthropologist. I work in human rights and I accompany indigenous communities from the amazon region in the process to build Sustainable Community Enterprises. So I have to travel a lot for work... Not always at home but happy to hang as much as you need (or not!) when I am!
I like to live quite simply, between barbecues, bonfires in my terrace, hikes, parties, movies, a good book, some wine, all while surrounded by good people, good music and good food.
I'm an honest, down-to-earth, very easy going human being who has traveled herself a lot and lived in 4 countries so far. I know how great it is to find a nice place to crash, and how huge of a difference it makes to meet someone who can give you all the local tips you need to have a great experience!
