We offer 4 double rooms, for monthly rentals, all fully equipped, with shared 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. Number of rooms depends on current availability.
All double room that have modern furniture and small fridge, as well as a shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. In the fully equipped kitchen, guests will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, kitchenware and a microwave. The double room offers heating and a quiet street view. The unit offers 2 beds.
Unfortunately commuting to Luxembourg is very difficult, as public transportation in Germany is not very good, where in Luxembourg excellent and for free…the only solution is a car or bike/e-bike to the border, around 2-3 km and from the Luxembourg free communication to any place.
*We have 4 double rooms, these are rented according to availability.*
**Please note that this is a double room with 2 shared bathrooms and 1 shared kitchen/ dining. All together there are 7 rooms at the house and all facilities are shared among all tenants. Occupants there are all male and mainly construction workers, Please make sure before booking that you will feel comfortable there. Maybe you should look at Deluxe rooms, offer more comfort and privacy, but are more expensive, if you still want to book it, please confirm and I will accept your request**
Occupants there are all male and mainly construction workers and these guys drink and sometimes are a bit louder and messier in the kitchen and bathroom as they should be. We also had some complaints about the cleanliness, the cleaning lady comes regularly, but it’s not possible to keep the property clean if tenants do nothing. This is not a hotel this is shared accommodation (WG- Wohngemenschaft).
