Tucked directly behind the iconic Mandalay Art Deco Building within a quiet courtyard surrounded by gardens there is no traffic noise to keep you awake at night.
It has its own private hedged courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting and a gate opening on to a peaceful communal courtyard area with water feature and gardens. There is a picturesque pathway with sea views leading down to The Esplanade with a pedestrian crossover to the beach.

SECURE TANDEM CAR SPACE FOR 2 CARS
If you are arriving by car there is a secure tandem car space for 2 cars accessed via remote controlled gate directly under the apartment available without charge.
This makes it perfect for longer term guests.
If you are coming from the Airport the Skybus St Kilda Express drops you off at the Novotel Hotel just 2 doors up from Mandalay.
Buses leave the Airport every half an hour so check the Skybus website for times
I am only a phone call or text away for help with any queries or needs 24/7
If possible I will greet you and walk you through the apartment.
If not there is a detailed manual to help you out and I will email all the necessary information to get you in and settled in to your new home.
I can be flexible with check in and check out times depending on other bookings so please let me know your arrival and departure
Under no circumstances are there to be any parties held in the apartment.
It is a quiet residential block and if any guests break the no party rule there will be no option but request that you leave.
3 NIGHT MINIMUM BOOKING FOR LONG WEEKENDS
• Check-in time is 2PM.
This can be flexible if no other guests are checking out so just let me know your arrival time
Please treat this apartment as it was your own and leave in a clean and tidy manner.
This is a quiet friendly residential block so please respect my neighbours.

any guest breaking this rule will be asked to leave immediately.
In consideration of my neighbours I request that you come inside from the private courtyard no later than 10PM
Only guests on the booking are to stay overnight. Extra guests must be pre approved.
I ask kindly that all rubbish and recycles be removed to the appropriate shared bins located near the rear gate to the complex.
The cleaner sometimes comes the next day and some rubbish can leave a lasting smell
Strictly no smoking indoors and in common areas.
Smoking only on your private balcony.
If the apartment needs to be deodorised because of smoking indoors then the fee will be taken from the security deposit.
I kindly ask that cigarette butts are disposed of into the garbage bins before you leave and the ashtray on outdoor table cleaned.
